A great group of professionals. Great service everytime!
I had taken my 2015 Subaru Forester with a 6 speed to Foreign Traffic when I was due for state inspection. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else that I tried. The folks at Foreign Traffic were able to fit me in and advised me of what I would need before the next one. When my brakes started making noise this time, I figured that would hep me out again. I was correct, they treated me well, the parts and price of service were reasonable and everything worked out. I will definitely be back at inspection time. Thanks Foreign Traffic!

I've bought 2 great cars here, because Rob knows his inventory and cars extremely well and creates a Nordstrom customer service culture. Hours are convenient and loaners available for service.
Always flexible with my time and loaner vehicles. Excellent service!

Treated me very well the first few times I was there. Recently took my car in to get a side mirror replaced and to diagnose and issue with the fans. Before I left I asked them to call me before we did any work, especially if it was substantial.
After finding out the work to fix the fans was going to be $750, I asked them to hold off. They said the mirror had already been replaced. I was never quoted a price for the mirror. Went to get my car and was presented with a $640 dollar bill.... for a side mirror. The part alone was $477, which is close to twice the price of any mirror I have found. Based on this they either mark up their parts at least 40%, or have the worst parts supplier ever known to mankind. Anyone with common sense and decency would have let me know a mirror cost that much before they did it no questions asked.
I realized I should have asked for a direct quote but I had been there a few times and like I said, they treated me well, so I never explicitly asked. I feel like they took that opportunity to take me for a ride.
Also, the owner would usually text me or email me after I went there to make sure the experience was "excellent." I messaged him first this time, let him know I was unhappy and wanted to talk about the situation. Guess what, never heard back.
Excellent service shop with attention to detail. Service advisor, Sonny, explained reasons for recommended repairs, and repairs were done in a timely manner. Prefer this shop over Volkswagen dealer any day. Highly recommend!
Great service. Very helpful in solving a leak from an unknown source. I have come to trust their service department for good work at a fair price.

I have been a customer of Foreign Traffic for 20 plus years and I have been extremely pleased with the service, the treatment and professionalism of all employees. Both the sales and service employees will treat you like a member of their family and do anything they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone who wants personal, top notch service to go to FT sales and Service. You will find a pleasant and personal experience.
We take our Volkswagen vehicles for foreign traffic because we know they'll fix them correctly there. The guys there are always friendly, their rates are good and they wash your car for you when they're done too!
