The staff always take care of car and customer. Car service is correct. A loner car always available. Choosing to wait is no problem- comfortable seating, coffee and tea available as well as current mags.
Staff are very helpful and provide timely service.

Great experience at Foreign Traffic.Very accomodating service experience. Oil changed while I waited with a free car wash to boot. Option for a free loaner vehicle while car is being service will keep me coming back!
I first learned of Foreign Traffic from a letter they sent me. I'm glad they did. I have become increasingly unhappy with the dealership's handling of my vehicles. They are no longer concerned with experience and knowledge with their staffing, especially the service writers. I've had to educate the people behind the counter up in Wexford more than once. It wasn't like that when it was owned by Bilco.
So -- Foreign Traffic to the rescue.
The guys at Foreign Traffic are attentive, they understand the needs of the vehicle, and if there is any gray area, they investigate right away. They make sure to be on the same page as you are, and if anything goes slightly amiss, they will do their best to reach that point where you are leaving the place satisfied.

I could not say enough good things about my multiple experiences dealing with Foreign Traffic over the last two years since moving to the area. Sonny and Nick are awesome; knowledgeable, professional, & offer great customer service. I've had my buggy (2006 Audi A4) in to be worked on many times. I'm a single parent and the only way I can even consider car repairs is if I can get a loaner vehicle. Sonny has always made sure I had a car to drive while mine was getting fixed. Sonny and Nick have stayed late in order for me to get my car towed to them and get me a loaner on a Friday night, even knowing no one would work on it until Monday at the earliest. They have even brought me gas when my car ran out of fuel! (Gas gauge is broken and too expensive for me to repair.) Furthermore, (and this may make you think I'm a total nitwit car owner) when my car needed to be inspected this year, I shared that I'd forgotten to register my car and that the longer I went without addressing it, the more I 'froze' on what to do - and without even batting an eye or making me feel like an idiot - Sonny graciously helped me to take care of it right there and then. Furthermore - they do great mechanical work. I had a coolant leak that was difficult to track down - but they found it. I had a really odd brake problem - and again - they figured it out and fixed it. Both Sonny and Nick take their time to explain to me in a way that I can understand what is wrong with my car - and while I may not be able to repeat what they explain verbatim, I always get the gist of it. My car has been a total PITA for me - as I purchased it used from Choice Auto in Monroeville - HORRIBLE BIZ - and the engine blew up two months after buying. Foreign Traffic, Sonny, Nick, and their talented staff have turned a bad situation into something positive - and I'm thankful to have found a quality shop to keep me and my wheels moving forward. Let me start off by saying that no one likes to take their car in for service or repair. After saying that I'm happy to say the the people at foreign traffic make this necessity more bearable. Nick and Sonny are so nice and refer to me by name when I come in which is so nice even though it's a small gesture. The waiting area is nice and comfortable and they always have fresh coffee! Since I usually wait, they try to get me going as fast as possible and always return a nice clean car! I trust the mechanics there and never think they are preforming unnecessary services to boost the price. All in all I give the people at foreign traffic service dept. 5 stars!
Went in for a coolant pressure test. Ended up needing 2 hoses to the oil cooler on a vw 1.8t.I decided to have them take care of it. The price was great, and they even gave me a loaner car since the parts wont come in for a few hours. They were upfront about the costs. No gimmicks here.Amazing service so far!Maybe I'll have to think about buying from them as they had a nice selection of cars available.

Sonny and Nick always take great care to make sure my Mercedes is kept in top running order. I usually have to wait on any maintenance repairs to be done, and they always make sure that I come in at a time when I have to wait the least. They are very knowledgeable and professional and I trust them ....can't say that about most dealerships.

Bought my "mid life crisis car" from these guys. Rob and Bill were great to work with - great prices, excellent knowledge of what they are selling and most important, they stand behind what they sell (one minor issue with my car was addressed promptly at no cost to me). Will be purchasing my next car here !
The service was fast, efficient and effective. They fixed a problem created by an oil change I had done elsewhere - I won’t make that mistake again! My Audi will be coming to Foreign Traffic in the future.

This was my first time taking my care into Foreign Traffic and I was pleased with my experience. I have a 2016 Outback and have had it serviced at the dealership since new. Most of my dealership experience were mostly disappointing with return visits to correct problems that didn't get fixed. What makes Foreign Traffic head and shoulders above the dealership is the personal connection I experienced without lines and waiting. The work is first class and it doesn't get much better than that.
