I used to take my Mini Cooper to the BMW garage thinking they were the only ones with the necessary expertise to service my Mini. How wrong I was about this! Over the past couple years, I have received only top quality service with regard to my repair work from Foreign Traffic and really great customer service from the staff. I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Foreign Traffic for 15 plus years and I have been extremely pleased with the service, the treatment and professionalism of all employees. Both the sales and service employees will treat you like a member of their family and do anything they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone who wants personal, top notch service to go to FT sales and Service. You will find a pleasant and personal experience.

Once again, our experience with Foreign Traffic was outstanding. We had unexpected car trouble on a Friday afternoon. We called FT that same day, and they said they could do the work the following Tuesday. We dropped the car off at FT over the weekend primarily for convenience sake. With two doctor appointments on Monday and no car, I was in a bind. I called them early Monday morning to see if they could provide me with a loaner. They came through like champs. I picked up the loaner and was able to make both appointments. Plus, they called late Monday afternoon to tell us the work was done.....a day early! When I picked up the car, it was washed and ready to go! Now, that's good service! C and J Marmarella

- Called for an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted $800 on the phone. Brought the car in. Lo and behold, was charged $1100. Okay--fine. I will deal with the upcharge though not happy about it. Then drove away and the tires were all out of balance, car shaking when I went fast. So brought it back and they said: "yup; all tires out of balance." They re-balanced but then charged me for it!! It was only $65 but, come on! They obviously didn't put the tires back on the right way when they did the brake job; would have expected them to just comp me and apologize. Now, over $65, I'll never come back. Oh, and the loaner Cars they let you borrow (ironically) have barely functioning brakes. Very dangerous!

Service here came recommended from a colleague. Made appointment for state inspection and was accommodated with my preferred date and time, even despite being a new client. Service completed in slightly under time estimated! Thank you! Staff very friendly. Did not give 5 stars because waiting area was uninviting and bare: one sofa, coffee table and 2 hard backed chairs set off to the corner of the showroom. Would have expected something a little nice given the caliber of vehicles they sell and service. Despite this, I will be back!

The customer service at Foreign Traffic is always excellent. They explain things clearly and get your car in and out as quickly as possible. They can provide a loaner car if needed which is very helpful, and your car gets washed before you get it back! I make the extra drive to take my car to the knowledgable and reliable service staff at Foreign Traffic.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an oil service on our Audi A4 and wheels spun balanced. The complaint would be that we had a coupon for the oil service to be $45. It did state that the was for non synthetic oil and and our car takes synthetic. But we were not told what the price difference would be for the oil service in advance. Also we had the wheels spun balanced but were not quoted a price prior to the service. Our bill was $172.00 which caught me by surprise but I did not complain when I checked out. Maybe in the future they should tell you that the coupon does not apply to certain vehicles. Not saying we would not have brought our car there but it would have been nice to know the cost before committing to the service and getting my car.

Foreign Traffic performed a state inspection on my Jaguar XK8 quickly and thoroughly. They identifued a couple subtle issues that needed addressed. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone for any vehicle.

They found something that could have been a huge problem, had it "gone" while we were traveling--all because my brother noticed one wheel seemed misaligned (bless him). Excellent in all cases on preventive maintenance, as well as major repairs. Total brake replacement done at a price much lower than the dealer had quoted. The loaner cars have been a tremendous help several times. It's always very reassuring to have Foreign Traffic work on my VW!
