We take our Volkswagen vehicles to foreign traffic because we know they'll fix them correctly there. The guys there are always friendly, their rates are good and they wash your car for you when they're done too!
I've been going to Foreign Traffic for close to 3 years now. They are very knowledgeable and do great work on my BMW. I like how they explain the repairs to me so I know what I'm paying for. Great job all around.
I had cut rate service on a VW at our local mechanic fail me and needed some brand specific/technical work done. I was referred to FT and was NOT disappointed. The main issue ended up being something else entirely and was fixed properly and timely by the guys at FT. My whole family drives and enjoys our fleet of VW's and will be going to FT for future service and repair. Also, Nick the service manager texts,calls, and e-mails practically up-to-the-minute updates on issues, work required, estimates and final cost.
Foreign Traffic exceeded our excpectations! They treat you like family. We brought our ‘new’, but used BMW in for service & some questions outside of service. They not only provided exceptional service @ a reasonable cost, but they also went above & beyond to answer the additional questions we brought to them. They went as far as looking info up over the internet & provided us with copies so we could decide what options were best for us.Not only would recommend; I will return!
These guys are the best. Sonny went above and beyond to make sure that they looked at everything I pointed out may be wrong with my vehicle. They found a problem I wasn't even aware of, contacted the warranty company, and had everything taken care of all within the time they had my car. I recommend these guys to anyone I can.
I have been using Foreign Traffic for about 5 years now for both the purchase of my vehicle and service. I will continue going here for as long as I live in the area. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and my car is returned with adequate resolutions. One perk I highly value is the ability to acquire a loaner efficiently so that I can return at a later time.
I have a 1996 Rolls Silver Spur that had a blown head gasket. I live in eastern Pennsylvania so I had to flatbed truck to Foreign Traffic Import Sales and Service. I had arranged this by phone with Sonny who was absolutely ultra courteous to me. The job was completed in about a week as this is major engine work. I flew into Pittsburgh Int'l airport when the Rolls work was done and drove it back to my home in Hershey Pa. The people at Foreign Traffic are the best I have ever dealt with in my lifetime and I am 70 years young! From the day they received the Rolls until its work was completed, everyone was super courteous., ALSO, the Rolls drives now like it was new; they work they did on my car I would rate better than 100% perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Foreign Traffic Sales and Service to anyone looking for a super car to purchase and use their service shop for all your service needs. I will repeat this one more time, they are a ultra super and courteous staff from A to Z!
Excellent place to service your foreign brand car. I've got a Subaru and I won't take it anywhere else. Quality service, friendly technicians, good location right on rt 8, can take anything from my beat up old Sub to much nicer Volvo I used to have. They even have a good number of classic cars to check out while you wait for an oil change or what not. Have a car service to to drive you home if you're going to leave it for a few days. Also has a night box if you need to drop it off after hours. Fantastic place have been going for years and will keep going for years.
Besides having owned many cars in my life...and, of course, having had them all serviced at one time or another, I also worked as a sales person at an automotive dealership. Therefore, I can confidently say that I have had quite a bit of experience with many automotive service departments. I currently drive an Audi TT. It was my good fortune to have an acquaintance suggest that I give Foreign Traffic ImportSales & Service a try the next time my car required maintenance. I took his suggestion and did just that! I will never look back! Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service goes above and beyond any service I have ever experienced, and they don’t gouge your pockets in the process! Their workmanship, honesty and integrity are above reproach. And the icing on the cake...your car is always sparkling clean when you pick it up! So, do yourself a favor...you won’t regret it. Call Foreign Traffic the next time you need service. Sonny and Nick are the Service Advisors to ask for, they’ll take excellent care of your vehicle.And as a side note, I must give a shout out to the Service Manager, Jim! He is the man behind all the action and I believe he should get credit for running such a great service department!
I have YET to walk away a dissatisfied customer. Sonny, Nick, and everyone at Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service are nice, professional, and overall great people! I’ve been taking my BMW there for a couple of years for various issues, and they’ve treated me with respect and understanding. My only wish is that the service department had Saturday hours, but everyone needs a day off, right? I trust them with my BMW and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thank you guys for all you do! Great service! They were very polite, answered any and all questions, and an overall pleasant environment. They were willing to take me and show me everything going on with my car. They don’t put a dent in my wallet, either. They will work with you. Oh, and Penny is the cutest greeter ever!
I've been coming to Foreign Traffic for the past 8 years to service my past two Audi A6. Sonny and Nick have always been there to help coordinate and manage the process for all my service needs including regular warranty service items. In addition, they've always provided fair pricing and I've never felt like the bill was being inflated by unnecessary work. I also recently purchased an Audit Q7 from them since they carry only best quality used import cars. From the sales side Bill and Rob are always very accommodating to answer any questions and take the time to sit down with me to help search for the ideal car to address my needs. I've never felt rushed or pressured to buy from them over the years and look forward to many more years ahead of great service. I highly recommend based on my personal experience and also every import car dealer in region knows about these guys and when I've ever asked over the years they always give very high praise to Foriegn Traffic.
I have been working with Rob, Bill and Nick for two years now. I purchased my 2015 Audi A5 from them in September of 2016 and loved every minute of having that car. Moreover, I have It serviced there as well (oil changes and inspections) with ease and trusted service. I have had them quote work for my other car and they were the cheapest and the best quality.Then here last week(10-4-18), I purchased my second vehicle from them. Needless to say they have some of the best hi end cars you can find in Pittsburgh. Rob hand picks the cars knowing which ones have the best records for reliablity/ dependability. In my opinion there is not a bad car on the lot. To top it off they have the best servicing and pricing for these high end cars. If you need something done they will work with you and make it happen.In short they have the best lightly used hi end car without the new price tag but same reliability you expect. Then any services you need done will be done right without the nickel and dimming affect of the major car companies increase pricing. Check these guys out!!!
The team at Foreign Traffic was very helpful and friendly about getting me the car I was looking for. They worked around my busy schedule to accommodate my needs for the purchase of the car and they've kept in touch. It's hard to ask for a dealer that is more caring than this team. Just bought my second Porsche from Rob. Always the best possible experience you could ask for when buying a car.
Bought a 2016 S4 off of Bill Lindsay today. Truly knew everything about the car, and told me a few things I didn't know! Bill and Rob the owner, were extremely pleasant and respectful. Many used dealers say "hand picked", but this is the first dealership I truly believed that at. Even the detailers were nice as can be, and gave me some tips to take care of my black S4 since everyone knows black can be tough. All in all I would definitely go back and am happy with my purchase.
They have excellent Mechanics and they do very good work on land Rovers , however , very unethical , as relates to been honest with business related matters . Deal with them very carefully . Keep all receipts and keep detail dates and time of communications ; who , what where , how and why ..

I love Carmen! I drive across country and back all the time. I feel confident that I am safe and my car is the best it can be. He is very knowledgeable about cars. I know a lot of other garages that go to Carmen when they are stumped! Everyone there is very nice and helpful!

I dropped my car off on Wednesday after it unexpectily started making a horrible noise and I was worried to drive it further for fear of causing damage to the vehicle. The guys at Foreign Traffic were able to check the car that afternoon, overnight the parts I needed and have me back on the road the next day! I can't say enough about how impressed I was with their quick service.

Excellent, prompt service. Car died and after towed to FT the car was fixed and returned that day (wasn't a serious issue but still it was a very prompt response)

Even though this servicing was only a state inspection, all went well as usual. We have been customers since the 1980's and have various cars. All have been serviced with excellence and care. Sonny and Jim in the front have been extremely helpful over the years and we appreciate their willingness to answer questions and make every servicing a process that goes well.

As always, work was done timely. Vehicle was returned in tip top condition. Staff was friendly and professional. Advance call and notification of any additional work needing to be done. NO SURPRISES!

Friendly people, loaner car, my car was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. They treated my 2003 van just as good as a 2015 Maserti.
