I trust the employees at FT to make honest recommendations for my vehicles. They have performed service on my vehicles in a timely and professional manner. I enjoy seeing Penny and the way she oversees everyone is comforting. I would recommend Foreign Traffic in a minute.

I have taken my A4 Audi Quattro here for two years and believe the service to be strong and the cost reasonable, or below dealer cost but average compared to local repair shops. The differentiating factor is their willingness to lend you a loaner if scheduled in advance. These loaners are older model higher mileage vehicles but wheels to get to work for the day and a nice kick back drive. This combined with fairly expert knowledge particular around the big 3 luxury German brands which in my mind ultimately means skilled knowledge and experience that drives labor costs down- put this place in very high regard. Local and trustworthy reasonable prices. They care about their customers and have a nice newsletter with good coupons.

As usual my visit was a pleasure. They found a potential problem with my car which would have been very bad had it been not found. The problem was fixed, and in less than an hour I was on my way! I thank Foreign traffic for keeping my car in tip-top condition. They are great!!

At this time Not sure of the review. I had a BMW Master mechanic tell wheel speed sensors was needed for my X5 but had no time to install. Foreign traffic stated my issue for Trans safe mode was due to ABS module and a temp module needing replaced. What I thought was only going to be 259.00 turned into 1,800.00. And they replace the temperature mode at 175.00 plus labor. I had already did the temperature module and overflow bottle. In order to pick the X5 up I will have to give them 429.00. Guess the difference is diagnosing? for which module. I have a tablet that goes through all the modules in no time. Bavarian auto has a ABS Module for 400.00. I wont need the 1200.00 kit that Foreign traffic quoted

Everything was great (Nick is awesome) and the car was washed and very clean when I picked it up. However, when I came at 10:30pm to pick it up, the key wasn't under the mat like I asked for, luckily the owner was in the shop working on the books and was able to grab my key for me.
