My experience at Foreign Traffic was excellent. The service dept. staff goes above & beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered and they explain each part of the process. I highly recommend Foreign Traffic to all looking for a great experience.

I called Sonny today and told him I was leaving for a trip. He was able to get me in the same day to service my vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last 3 years now, these guys provide my with very reliable service at a reasonable cost. Keep up the good work!!

Although I only had a limited number of needs for my C300, I was in and out as a waiting customer in about 90 minutes. I even added a state inspection within that 90 minutes. You guys are the best.

Even though this servicing was only a state inspection, all went well as usual. We have been customers since the 1980's and have various cars. All have been serviced with excellence and care. Sonny and Jim in the front have been extremely helpful over the years and we appreciate their willingness to answer questions and make every servicing a process that goes well. Thanks! Not only are they experts but they're professional and honest. They do not recommend unnecessary part changes or fixes. I know because I compared them to our "reputable" Audi dealer who always had a ton of things that were necessary to change.

This was my first time using Foreign Traffic to service my car (2011 VW GTI). The scheduling process was super easy and convienent thanks to the online scheduler. The staff was very friendly (they were also able to accomodate my onsite request to add on the state inspection) and answered any questions that I had. I definitely plan on coming here for my future servicing needs.

The service staff, in addition to being friendly, were knowledgeable about my repairs. They took the time to explain what was needed for repair, what did not need repair, as well as points of possible future concern. Having priced my repairs elsewhere, the cost of the service is very reasonable. While this is my first experience At Foreign Traffic, I think they stand above because they have passion for the cars.
