I had a great experience. The serve to get my oil changed and car inspected took a hour and fifteen minutes. I waited in the showroom and was very comfortable. The car was clean when I got it back and all the stickers/ documentation was in order.

I have gone there for 15 years. They have always done a good job. I had an issue last year that took a couple of months to diagnose and correct. FT did not charge me until we determined the problem was indeed fixed. That is the type of action which builds trust.

Foreign Traffic has been our place to go for all car needs for 20 years. We have never been disappointed in the service received. Staff are always pleasant and professional and take the time to explain any findings. We never feel as we are being rushed along. This was my first time at Foreign Traffic and Sonny and Nick were professional and helpful. My Boxster has found a service home.

Service is great. They keep you informed of the repairs with good estimates on both cost and time. Always willing to talk about what repair or maintenance is critical and what can wait. I trust them implicitly with both family vehicles and have had all my cars serviced there over the past 10 years.

The guys in the repair shop are always helpful and kind and try really hard to fix what is wrong with you car with honesty and integrity. I can trust them. I love that I get a loaner car to avoid major inconveniences and I love that my car is returned cleaned, inside and out.

Foreign Traffic was great!! I did most of my dealing, with Nick and he was very friendly, and professional. He gave me exact prices, and informed me of the 2 belts that were dry rotted, and needed replacing. He told me they would need to keep my BMW for 3 days, and it was done on time. - I had recently purchased a C300 4 Matic from another dealer and they had agreed in writing to replace a sensor for the traction control light .When it came to have the repairs done they would not offer a shuttle or loaner car after that I began to question there trust worthiness and if they could even do the repair properly I was referred by a friend about Foreign Traffic so I called them and spoke to the service manager explained that I would like to get second opinion they took me in that day and ran the diagnosis for FREE and confirmed that is was the Yaw Sensor and upfront estimate on what the total cost would be and with that I made arrangements to have them make the repair. Appreciated the fact that I didn't purchase my car there and they provided a service level as to where I had .. Once the part came in scheduled to have car serviced and they provided and they provided loaner car !! After work was done called me to pick up my car and it was the price they had quaoted me. Will be going back for oil changes and other service and will be taking my Passat there to get serviced too !! Will be recommending them to others Look for future reviews

You fit me into my schedule for the drop off and pick up. You had sent me a birthday coupon for a $20.00 savings. The car was Very Nicely clean and Armor-alled All thing were great. The only issue I had was as I accelerated onto Route 8 and looked down my low air in the tires light was on. I pulled over just past Wendy's got out and looked at the tires. Not looking too bad I finished the 10 mile drive home to check . The right front tire was at 22lbs????? I checked the rest at 32lbs/ filled the one tire and went about my day. I will check the tire tomorrow and see where I stand.

The repair to my car is perfect and got my car my car back cleaner than I took it.

Foreign Traffic replaced a dashboard module (speedometer, odometer, gas gauge, etc) in my fiancés 1987 BMW 325i on September 16, 2014 because the speedometer was not working. He has driven it less than 100 miles and the gas gauge meter is not functioning. The unit was obviously defective at the point of sale or improperly installed. Also, when he picked up the car his electric windows were not working (It appears that a wire was disconnected when doing the install). My fiancé noted these conditions on a customer satisfaction survey card (returned via mail), but did not receive a response. It has now become a larger issue because he is selling the car. Yesterday the car ran out of gas without warning because the fuel gauge indicated that a half tank was available. Based upon the aforementioned, he will be contacting Foreign Traffic to rectify this situation. It seemed to be an impressive operation there and they were recommended by our neighbors who told us that they stand behind their work. I hope to delete this review and replace it with a 5 star. I will definitely do so if they respond properly. More to come....

I take my 2006 porsche 911 and 2008 Lexus RX here for service. I trust these guys beyond belief. They give you all the information you need, and in as much detail as you want. They don't push services you don't need and tell you why the recommend what they do. Great to find a fantastic local repair shop that you can rely on.
