This place is AMAZING! They really care about their customers and doing the right thing. Brought my car somewhere else and they incorrectly diagnosed a problem so I brought it here and Todd found the real problem and saved me thousands of dollars!!! Never bringing my car anywhere else!!!!
Recommended from my body shop. They’re very thorough, explain exactly what’s happening with your vehicle & educate you. Communicate well too. Willing to be creative & explore options to save you $$. I’ll be back (hopefully not soon).
My wife dropped in today, a very cold day. Her tires were low, and an indicator light was keeping her from getting on the freeway. After being turned down at a different service vendor, the personnel at Affordable Auto Service checked her tires, inflated all four to optimum pressure, and got her back on the road. They were courteous, understanding, and they wouldn't accept a cent for this quick checkup. I thank them, as does my wife and her friend. Outstanding customer service!
Todd helped me when my vehicle broke down. My request from roadside assistance was to take me to the closest repair establishment. Todd the owner gave me an unforgettable experience. The price was more than fair, the service and time was exceptional and I will be doing all my repair and maintenance here for any future vehicle I own. Severe breakdown on the weekend, to like it never happened before I knew it! Trust Todd and Affordable Auto!

Great to work with, honest fair pricing and work. After getting an outrageous quote from the dealer for an alternator and water pump called them up and got in the same day, work was done ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations.
There are certain folks we all would like in our families ... a lawyer, a plumber, a car mechanic... well, Affordable Auto is like having that mechanic in the family. I have learned in the past 5 years or so that Todd and Dan are honest and don't treat me differently as a woman. They answer my questions and give respectful, accurate estimates for costs and times. I trust Affordable Auto for all the vehicles in the family.
Our Family all the way back to my deceased Grandparents and Father have used Affordable Auto and the Beugen Family for automotive services of all types for probably 50 yrs. IntegrityDan provided a very good explanation of the error codes and a much more practical example of what work needed to be doneWe previously had the car at a dealership for some recall work and they suggested that we have several thousands of dollars work done.We left affordable feeling comfortable and saving many hundreds of dollars !Thanks Dan for your great advice and will be sure to see you again at our next service opportunity

I have brought my truck in many times, and every time they have done A+ work! They have really fast and friendly service, and have always got the job done right- I have never had any complaints!

Brought my car in to have the front and rear windshield replaced. When I got it back, water had started to pool on the car floors. Told them about the problem and they're response is that it's somehow unrelated to the work they did but they can't actually tell me what the problem is and how it would be fixed.To top it all off when I show up to pick my car up, the keys they "believe" are for my car won't open the door and the key fob won't unlock the car but they swear they're my keys and that now there's just something wrong with my car keys!!! I'm guessing they will probably say that this problem is unrelated to the work they did! Keys worked fine when I dropped the car off.I'm actually sitting in their lobby writing this because I can't leave. They can't produce my keys!They get 2 stars for having enough integrity to at least look at the problem even though they won't fix it or the water damaged caused by it.
Dan and Todd are the greatest and are honest guys to work with. Best prices and will not try to talk you into some repair you do not need. Have many experiences with this shop and our family has used them for years.I was taken in by the "Free oil Change " by a local Dealer and it has cost me plenty. Recently I was needed a Oil change and power steering leakfixed , which was not and told that I needed Steering gear and hoses for the sum of $1799.33 . I then took my car over to Affordable and Dan repaired it for $165.89 with just O Ring Seals . I will never go to anyone but Affordable Auto Service.

Great auto shop. They answer every question I have, they take great care of my car, and don't pressure me into anything.
Quoted $115 to remove the old tires, and install new ones mount/balance and stems (basic process at any shop). Multiple shops are $60, some are $80. These are NOT small shop prices lol. Sounds like they have paid for professional "comments".
Affordable Auto Glass/affordable auto repair.
I went in to get a quote for an installation of the large rear window in the back of my pick-up truck. It was a slider window, and I had broke the section right behind the driver's seat, so the whole window needed to be replace. I had already purchased the new window, just needed it installed.
They were able to get me in right away. They removed my broken rear window, and installed my new rear window in about 2 hours. The new window looks great! The price was $30-$40 cheaper than what they quoted me at the big name shop down the road.
Best place to bring you're vehicle hands down I recommend this place to all my family and friends!
I guess it depends on what you consider affordable?? $300 for them "try" to diagnose a car problem is not too cheap.
This place do not got good deals. So the name of the company is already bull crap! The prices are the same as any other regular car/tire shop. The guy didn't even want to go check for a used tire for me after they told me they had some. Instead he just wanted to sale me tires for 4 instead of one that I needed and when I asked for a used one he said I will go look but phone just hung up on me. Didn't try to call back because the way he act he was definitely not kind enough to even want to check on a used one in the first place when I said that's what I wanted first. Money hungry people! One of your worst nightmares.
Completely satisfied after plug and wire replacement on our 19 yr old Avalon. Todd was so helpful and responsive to every question and has a great shop. We'll be back.
Highly recommend. Brought my mazda in that had been acting up. They were throughout and helped me out. Didn't worry about getting taken advantage of, friendly people.
I love having vehicle(s) serviced here. They are up front and explain all my options to me. Most recently I had a check engine diagnostic done somewhere else and they told me "it's a transmission issue" then charged me $55 and wouldn't tell me the code. Here Dan talked to me until I understood what they had done. (And told me the code and wrote it on my paperwork.) They told me I was ok to run the vehicle without the repair they decided made the check engine light go on (thank you honesty) yet still researched prices in case I wanted to fix it. And I have a very old vehicle. Not one that most people would probably want to get fixed. I will keep coming back here. My little secret, shhh I work for a car dealership too.

$600.00 and i had to put my car back together
they left parts disconnected,,
and they helped me push it out of there shop,
never again
Had a misunderstanding with Affordable Auto, and they made it right.

Once again you've made my "way too often car repair experience" as painless as possible and convenient for my busy schedule. First, you were willing to hoist my car up to examine what needed to be fixed, so you could give me a reliable estimate of the cost and time needed to do the job. Second, you offered me a van to use for as long as I needed for which I was extremely grateful. It was my niece's bat mitzvah, and we had family in from around the country, and I really needed a way to transport people and get to a variety of locations. Third, because of Dan's inkling that the Volvo fuel tank may have been under warranty or recalled, I saved $650! Lastly, the customer service your staff provides from Todd the owner, Miranda the U-Haul rep and all around amazing person, to all the mechanics makes people feel confident that their vehicles are in professional hands and that you will give people the best price possible to fix their cars.
