Overall I’ve been very impressed with Spencer’s. I’ve been several times now and each time they’ve been professional, on time and honest. I highly recommend them.
Always wonderful and greeted with a smile. I trust them with my truck repairs. As a single woman they are honest folks to deal with.
Took an older vehicle in for repairs and they seemed to have a good idea about what the problem was and apparently they were correct because they fixed what they thought it was and now my truck starts great like it used to.They also had a loaner car for me and that was a big plus.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Took care of vehicle very fast and at fair price. Would recommend to anyone and will use again if needed.
Thank you for taking care of my daughter's truck that lives in Krum and I live in McKinney. So obviously yall have done quality workmanship and the labor and parts have been fair as she used to work in the automotive aftermarket. Thank from a Dad in McKinney.
These guys are great. And very honest I had a new water pump installed and they were honest about the situation and they did it in a timely manner would most definitely use them again
I’ve taken almost, if not all of my car/trucks here and they are amazing. Great service and fix everything that is needed super helpful. I will keep coming here for good just amazing!

This shop is awesome!!! They are reasonably priced and honest. They did not want to replace my ac compressor until we were certain the compressor needed to be replaced. They were also courteous and friendly!! Highly recommend so we can keep the business local!!
Since I moved to Krum in 2015 I have only had Spencer's work on my vehicles. I’ve dealt with Spencer’s Auto since they started about 14 or 15 years ago. They started with humble beginnings and in less than two years they became a state of the art operation. Computer alignments & diagnostics and timely service. They’re friendly and personal. You get what you pay for at Spencers.

Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service! Absolutely the best oil change experience I’ve ever had.The staff was knowledgeable, they were respectful of my time, and what a clean facility! I didn’t feel like I might smell like oil and tires when I left there. It just don't get better than that. 😃I’ll be back with both my cars for routine maintenance and anything else that needs fixed.
Spencers auto repair was very caring about the customer and making sure everything was done right. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very organized and on time. They did a great job and sent me a summary of the service with PICTURES!!! It’s like a health record for my car. I can see the small leak of the radiator hose. Its all documented. I will definitely be using them for all my vehicles.
Spencer's was extremely busy but got my mom's car in quickly for me. They were gracious and took care of us with minimal effort. They were so nice, professional and experts in what was wrong with car. We are so blessed to have a local automotive shop that can we trust! Absolutely love Spencer's Auto Repair shop here and will not take my cars anywhere else. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The work is always quality, they do not push you to do repairs that aren't necessary, and keep you well informed throughout the process!They have even been kind enough to give us a loaner car on longer repairs and provide rides to and from the shop for shorter repairs. The customer service cannot be beat and we are glad we found them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We just moved to Krum & I called them when I needed some repairs done. They took my car in that very day & also supplied me with a loaner car at no cost. All the repairs were done and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The service writer Brian kept in touch with me with everything that needed to be done or that was being done. Everyone there is so friendly & made me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank Spencer’s Auto enough for their professionalism and the way they made me feel at home. L Harrell
I was able to get in for an appointment quickly, and was helped immediately on arrival. Initial diagnosis was required, as my issue may have required a diesel mechanic, but they knew just what to do and kept the vehicle for service. I used their loaner service, which was very helpful! I really liked the text updates, with links to reports and pictures. Follow-up was great, and timing worked out for me, even though some parts delays created some additional time. Quality was as expected, with no issues on pick up or driving since. I also paid in advance of the pick up, which was convenient as I needed to quickly turn around my visit. I'll be back!
I’ve been taking our family’s cars to Spencers for over 3 years and they’ve been the best shop I’ve ever gone to. Their system of texting a link with pictures and descriptions of all required maintenance is easy to understand and keep up with, and they’re always happy to answer any questions. All the work they’ve done has been top quality, and I’ve never had any problems. They’re customer service is unmatched, and they’ve even had surprise hot wheels to keep my 2 year old happy while waiting. I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication from Brian, who consulted me for each decision and answered each question. The guys were friendly and fast. It was my first time there getting inspection. It will be my new place to go for car issues instead of driving to my trustworthy place in Gainesville. I have seen many great reviews for Spencer's and now I know why. Service was great and price was fair. They got the job done quickly and didn't push for service I didn't need. We will definitely be back.
Supporting local businesses is great. But when you get to support a local business that does the right thing for their customers it makes it so much easier. Spencer's is trustworthy and has the highest quality customer service I've seen in a long time.
I have taken my (usually) aging vehicles to Spencer's over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. Several times, just based on my description of the problem, they have given me ideas to try to avoid bringing the car into the shop, A courtesy ride home on occasion, great explanations of the work involved, tips specific to my vehicles - all these things make Spencer's the obvious choice.
As a first time customer I was very impressed with the down to earth professionalism at Spencer's. They did a good job of diagnosing my check engine light and solving it without overkill. Also liked the overall assessment report on my car. They did an excellent job of explaining what they did before I picked it up
I love Spencer’s! They’ve fixed issues in the past with my Jeep, but the most recent experience was top notch. They came and picked up my vehicle, fixed it in 1 day, and returned the vehicle. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest and great experience.
Great place. Professional and honest, and quality work. The chalkboard sign out front welcoming you by name when you arrive is a very nice touch. I followed Brian Whitworth, service manager, here from Pioneer Auto in Denton. Spencer’s definitely has that small town feel and does a great job. Also, I appreciate that they’re up with the times, sending you text updates including your vehicle service report so you can review it and even pay for repairs online before you arrive to pick up your vehicle. They genuinely care about their customers.

Always professional and tell it like it is. If it needs fixing they tell you if it doesn't they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.
