I’ve dealt with Spencer’s Auto since the started about 14 or 15 years ago. They started with humble beginnings and in less than two years they became a state of the art operation. Computer alignments & diagnostics and timely service. They’re friendly and personal. You get what you pay for at Spencers.

I recently had quite a bit of work done on our SUV at Spencer’s. They were upfront with me and kept me up to date on every thing that they saw throughout the repair process. A few days after we picked it up, we took a family trip to Little Rock Arkansas. The Acura ran great and got us there and back without any issues. So good job Spencer’s Auto.

I have taken my truck there now for both oil changes and semi-major repairs. Both times I’ve been impressed by how transparent they are with everything from telling you that they wouldn’t recommend a service that you are asking about to the price being exactly what you were told over the phone. I’m very impressed and will continue to go to Spencer’s!
I have been doing business with the Spencer’s for nearly 20 years. Always friendly, honest, and upfront on their business dealings. Krum is lucky to have such an automotive option as Spencer’s.

ABS pump was kicking in randomly on Dodge Cummins diesel. Jerry diagnosed and repaired in two days. Highly recommend this shop in Krum, Tx. 👍

They were straight up in giving me a time frame, price for diagnosis and listened carefully to all additional information about the condition of my car.Not only did they perform the requested check out in the time and price given, they also provided a full inspection. The full picture they gave me was key in helping me to determine the investment I wanted to make in my car.Although I chose not to make the repairs due to the age/condition of the car, their thoroughness, honesty and expertise shined.I since have referred my friends and respecttheir integrity. When You are unsure where to have your car repairs and maintenance work done, doubt no more..Take it to Spencers Automotive.

While I waited the seats were comfortable and the kerig coffee/beverage station accompanied by snacks were complimentary. About 20 minutes later, my car was brought to the door keys in and running with the a/c on! The owner shook my hand and personally thanked me for my business. Talk about customer service. I will not go anywhere else. Spencer’s has gained my family’s business for a lifetime.
I've taken my 2010 Honda Crosstour to the dealership to get repairs done in the past and always left feeling like I just got screwed. I will never go to the dealership again since dealing with Spencer's. From the estimate Rachel gave me to the end result I felt good about the whole experience. The repairs the did were great! And they saved me hundreds compared to the dealership. Thank you Rachel and the awesome mechanics at Spencer's for putting my faith back in good honest work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Spencer's to anyone.
