I have tried other places but they finally found the problem and got it fixed. I have been trying to fix this noise in the front of my truck for 2 years and have paid thousands to replace parts that were not broken. Took it to Spencers to actually find the real problem and get it fixed. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very confident with them fixing my truck! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have searched for years for an auto repair shop that I could truly feel comfortable going to by myself as a woman, 99% of the other shops I have been to, I have either been lied to, overcharged, talked down to, or the infamous complicated mechanical words used in a way, that were so confusing, I had no idea what was actually wrong with my car, or why it was costing so much, making you feel that you were taken advantage of when you left.. BUT, I cannot say enough great things about Spencer's! Rachel and her husband are amazing at explaining everything to you, down to the smallest detail in a way that the average person can understand, not only that, but Rachel helped me prioritize on what repairs needed to be addressed first because I'm working with such a tight budget! I feel very comfortable going there without my husband and have no worries that I'm going to be lied to, and over charged. The loaner car they have is an A+ benefit that you typically cant find at most auto repair shops. Inside the shop is very clean, and comfortable, restroom is clean! Their follow up and the link to your personal (vehicle report card) has been the best service I've ever had, No matter where I live, I will continue taking my vehicles to Spencer's! 5 Stars hands down!Services: Brakes, Auto engine tuning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Electrical repair, Oil change, Electrical

Brought my daughter’s truck in for an oil change. Staff was courteous and professional, and did not attempt to “up-sale” me with additional services. Overall a great 1st impression!!

Always trustworthy and great at explaining what the problem is. Genuine caring folks and didn’t charge me for looking at a problem and telling me what needed to be done. Definitely recommend them for any auto service.

I've been coming here for many years. It's so nice to have a local business for all your car maintenance needs. Staff is always friendly, honest and reliable and do excellent work. I will not take my car anywhere else. I would highly recommend Spencer's to anyone.

I highly recommend Spencer’s in Krum !! They are so friendly, a local family business, so professional, do a fantastic job, and always follow up with you on their job done. They are reasonably priced and very fair! You won’t be disappointed!

Spencer’s went above and beyond with their customer service and care for my car. Not only did they pick up my car when I couldn’t take it to them, they picked me up and brought me to the shop when I needed a ride. Rachel was very professional and the technicians were as well. I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone needing their car serviced.

Had my oil changed this morning and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The detail they put into their work and to take pictures of the problem areas was great. Definitely will be going back. I believe I have found my car repair home. 😁

I would highly recommend Spencer's Auto Repair. I called last minute needing an oil change and Rachel was able to get us in that day. They were fast and very efficient. I loved they sent me a digital report on my car so I could easily pull it up and review. I appreciate their friendly attitude and willingness to help.
Wonderful people and even better service. Thank y’all for everything. Highly recommended

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. We currently have 4 daily drivers. Our fleet from our local service company in Krum, will only be serviced at Spencer’s. 5 stars aren’t enough!!
Had a TON of major periodic/preventative maintenance done here a few weeks ago. I mean everything for a 150,000 mile vehicle that had never been serviced before. Everything is perfect and my truck is running great. Will definitely return for future business.
Update: 11/30/18
Dropped my truck off and left the keys in the night drop as my truck was experiencing some issues with oil pressure. I was contacted within 10 minutes of the shop opening and had a diagnosis by lunch. Thorough inspection, proper quote, and was out the door before close of business. As I stated before, I will definitely return for future needs.
Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great people. I've been going to Spencer's for years. Couldn't be more satisfied with their quality of work and always willing to please. Highly recommend.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. They explain everything and make me feel comfortable with any decisions I need to make. I have been a customer for years and would never take my vehicles any where else. They are family oriented, trustworthy and dependable. You can’t go wrong with Spencer’s!

I have trusted Spencer's Auto Repair for years. But more importantly I trusted Rachel and Jerry with my son's needs when he was a college student in Denton. They have always gotten it right the first time, and at a more than reasonable price! I highly recommend Spencer's for any automotive needs you may have.
Best doctor for your car! Staff is knowledgeable and take great pride in the service they provide to every customer.

Been using Spencer’s Auto Repair for years now. VERY professional and GREAT people to deal with. Love how they are very knowledgeable at what they do. They are not like a dealership where they just throw parts on and hope it fixes it at your expense!! No job is too big or too small to them. Highly recommend them for your auto mechanic needs.

This is the best auto repair shop! Very friendly and honest! Spencer's Auto values quality of work instead of trying to find ways to get you to spend money when not necessary. Everytime I would do routine maintenance at the dealership they always came up with extra things that supposively need to be done but Spencer's does not do this. I know I can trust them when they do make a recommendation. My car is always in good hands here!
