We love it at Spencer's!! We get fast easy service. I can even send my teenage daughter there a feel great with the fact they take care of her! If you have not visited her I highly suggest!

We always choose Spencer's for our auto care and repairs. They have always treated us fairly, had good prices and we have had good results with their work.
I highly recommend going to Spencer's as the mechanics there are very trustworthy, reliable, professional, and friendly. I moved away from Texas about two months ago and I really miss using Spencer's for my auto repair. I called Rachel today from Washington, because I really felt that this new mechanic I went to was over charging me, and Rachel took the time to explain to me what charging rates I should look for as well as how to find a good mechanic. If you are someone who is looking for an auto repair shop that looks out for the well being of their customers rather than trying to make a quick buck head to Spencer's.
We discovered Spencer's by looking on the Better Business Bureau website and decided to take my husband's pickup to them. They diagnosed the problem and gave him a very reasonable estimate. They did the repair quickly and for the price stated. When my SUV (11 years old and over 200,000 miles) started making a noise we made an appointment and took it in, but they couldn't make it duplicate the noise. They told us to bring it back when we heard it again. Several days later I was hearing the noise and took it back without calling them first. They were extremely busy but did take the time to ride with us and heard it. Long story, but they gave us an estimate for what they thought it was and we left the car with them to have it fixed the next day. They called later and said they had found that it was actually something else and that it would be several hundred dollars CHEAPER to fix. They recommended we try that first. We did, and it totally took care of the problem. We've had a positive experience with this business--they are friendly, professional, and we feel that their rates are very reasonable.

I have lived in several different cities and one of the toughest things to do each time is find a mechanic that I have complete trust in. In the Denton area, that mechanic is Spencer's. They are honest, they are fair, and they are prompt.
Very friendly local auto shop!! They are there to tell you what is wrong with your vehicle first and foremost. They care about the customers needs. I am a Happy customer since finding out they existed in 2014! The best part they are right here in Krum. I highly recommend Spencer's Auto Repair!
Great, honest folks who take great care of our cars. Came here for a second opinion when another shop told us we needed a $1,500 repair. They took a look (for free) and reassured us that we are fine. Even though this shop is almost an hour away from us, this is the only place we'll be bringing our cars for service!!
I love Spencer's Auto Repair! I can get an oil change within minutes!!!! I call and get an appointment and they are ready to go right when I drive up! Spencer's Auto Repair takes great care of my vehicles and does not try to up sell you on every little thing! Spencer's Auto Repair customer service is by far the best in Denton County!

I always rest assured that I will receive honest service when my vehicles are in Spencer's hands.They give estimates up front so I can either authorize the repair now or budget for it in the future if necessary. They are also good about informing me of "must have now" repairs vs. repairs/maintenance likely to be needed soon.There is great value in having one shop be the "home" of your vehicle maintenance...it's kind of like using just one pharmacy for all your prescription needs - this allows your service provider to get to know you/your vehicle very well to provide you the best service possible. Spencer's Auto Repair is "home" for my vehicles.
Spencer's Auto and its employees are the most honest, hard-working group around. We have used them for many years for all of our auto repair and maintenance needs and have experienced nothing but good honest customer service. They do a great job EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Won't take my vehicle anywhere else. You won't find better customer service anywhere. I no longer live in Krum, but I will continue to bring my vehicle to Spencer's.

Honest, high-end work that they stand behind. Family-owned and operated by locals who work for Krum. They don't just run a business-- they are here for the community. I and my family have our vehicles worked on at Spencer's.
Very nice people that do a great job helping to get your vehicle back on the road. Extremely happy with their service!!

Honest people who do great service and will take care of you every time. They've loved on our 2001 Honda CRV that has over 202,000 miles on it and it's still going strong. We LOVE Spencer's!!

took my dodge truck in for
a/c work...not blowing cold and not blowing out of selected vents. they had to pull the dash to fix the issues, only to find out that there was still another small issue. so now they were gonna have to pull the dash again and figure out what was going on...well, it was a weak actuator and another blend door issue. now my a/c blows cold and out of the correct vents I select.
great service, great work and I will not hesitate to take my truck back to this small home town repair shop that I feel truly is there to help you get back on the road again with assurance of a job done right!
