I always feel confident bringing my car here. Spencer’s has always been fair and honest about what work needs to be done. Oh and the staff is always beyond friendly!

Spencer's has been the go-to car place for my family for years! The staff is SO incredibly friendly, and they truly do provide the good, honest work that many car businesses seem to lack these days. From extremely thorough inspections to intricate labor, they have always impressed us and exceeded our expectations. I could not possibly recommend them any higher- do yourself a favor and visit them for all of your car needs!
Tried to get an appointment for weeks, they weren't willing to work me in, I go up there we schedule for 4pm they only have two employees working, I told them I was headed out of town tomorrow I guess that didnt register because i get a call 20 minutes before my appointment saying they had 1 yes 1 client show up late to an appointment so I would have to wait till tomorrow when I will obviously be gone as I stated. True colors are seen in times like these. Not a customer based business and obviously they dont care to keep their employees working or even let the ones they do have get a few minutes over time. Done with this company.

I've been a customer of Spencer's for a few years. They have always done a great job, for a fair price. I trust them for any work I need done on my vehicles, from a simple inspection all the way up to extensive engine work.
My daughter takes her car there now too.

Brought a used F350 to them to see why the heater was not working. They also gave me a very detailed inspection of the entire vehicle. Staff kept me updated throughout the repair and had the vehicle fixed on the same day. Ten out of ten customer service!
Great and timely service. Provided a loaner car while I waited, and I got an apple pie!!!
They always get me in and out. Best price on oil change around. The staff is friendly and don’t try to sell you service you don’t need.

I’ve been here on two separate occasions for two different things and the service has been fantastic. Prices are great and the mechanic definitely knows what he is doing.
