They do a really great overall inspection of your vehicle....Very friendly and I don't trust too many mechanics but Spencers so far has proven themselves and I'm from the Motor City so..... I just don't have time to work on my own Vehicles anymore so I trust Spencers and it's great to have them a local..thanks guys for doing the brake job on my wife's little Nissan
Shout out to Rachel . she’s an MVP !!! She took my car in last minute on a Friday and managed to get me back on the road same day .. I highly recommend these folks . They’re honest and fix what’s broken accurately !! Thank you Rachel and the crew for helping me :))

Family owned and operated by people who take care of you like you are one of their own! Rachel and Jerry genuinely care about helping their customers and making sure repairs are done the right way. For Krum locals it's an obvious choice, but absolutely worth the quick drive from Denton also.
Excellent communication from Brian, who consulted me for each decision and answered each question. They also found a couple of different solutions to do the work in the most cost-effective way possible, for which I am most grateful.Very good experience.I'll be using Spencer's again (though, hopefully, not soon.)
Well trusted business and friendly people in general. They have your best interest in mind. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care.
The guys were friendly and fast. It was my first time there getting inspection. It will be my new place to go for car issues instead of driving to my trustworthy place in Gainesville. I would recommend Spencer’s Auto repair to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. My go to auto shop always. They are also amazing supporters of the local schools and community.

Supporting local businesses is great. But when you get to support a local business that does the right thing for their customers it makes it so much easier. Spencer's is trustworthy and has the highest quality customer service I've seen in a long time.
Customer service is out of this world! Not to mention, just great people to be around. I could always trust my vehicle to Spencer's. So much so that I drove from Corinth to use them. I am just too far away now, but you will love this place!!
I was especially impressed with the thorough report about my vehicle and the options I was given for the timing and prices of all the repairs. They were understanding when I couldn’t fix everything at once and helped me prioritize the most important repairs. I also appreciated the way they communicated with me to let me know how things were going. Overall, they were really efficient and professional.
No doubt the best service experience ever! Rachel you should be proud of Brian! In the midst of all the confusion and fractured information about CV-19. He took charge, picked up my truck, returned a world-class triage report complete with photos and comments. It was so easy to review! The payment was processed over the web on my phone, and my truck was hand-delivered back to the ranch! You guys are privileged to have Brian as an associate! On top of everything else you made sure to take special care and sanitize everything before parking it right where you picked it up. WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST CARE SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
I have taken my (usually) aging vehicles to Spencer's over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. Several times, just based on my description of the problem, they have given me ideas to try to avoid bringing the car into the shop, A courtesy ride home on occasion, great explanations of the work involved, tips specific to my vehicles - all these things make Spencer's the obvious choice.
As a first time customer I was very impressed with the down to earth professionalism at Spencer's. They did a good job of diagnosing my check engine light and solving it without overkill. Also liked the overall assessment report on my car. They did an excellent job of explaining what they did before I picked it up
I love Spencer’s! They’ve fixed issues in the past with my Jeep, but the most recent experience was top notch. They came and picked up my vehicle, fixed it in 1 day, and returned the vehicle. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest and great experience.
Great place. Professional and honest, and quality work. The chalkboard sign out front welcoming you by name when you arrive is a very nice touch. I followed Brian Whitworth, service manager, here from Pioneer Auto in Denton. Spencer’s definitely has that small town feel and does a great job. Also, I appreciate that they’re up with the times, sending you text updates including your vehicle service report so you can review it and even pay for repairs online before you arrive to pick up your vehicle. They genuinely care about their customers.
The people here at Spencer's couldn't have done a better job. It has been over 15 years since the last time I took a vehicle to a mechanic, so when my truck ran into serious problems I was nervous and skeptical about taking the truck in. Immediately after bringing my truck to Spencer's my worries were washed away. A thorough inspection and detailed report (videos were included!) confirmed the truck's problems. They even found a dangerous and potentially life threatening issue I was unaware of. The technicians didn't start working until I approved all repairs, which was great as there wouldn't be any surprise fees or charges. I told them a price I needed to stick to, and Brian did the extra effort to get the parts that matched my budget. They offered me shuttle service, AND a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. Needless to say I am very satisfied with their work, and the extra effort they put in to ensure my truck was running great, and safe for my family to ride in. The crew at Spencer's earned my trust and anytime someone asks me if I know a good mechanic, I will point the way to Spencer's. Thanks y'all, I couldn't be happier.

Sent a coupon out and said nothing about appointments. Drive over there and I can’t get in because they are full. Disappointed because I wanted to support a local business.
