Top notch service by all the staff . Reasonable prices. And they gave me a free loaner car to drive while they fixed my car . Love Spencer's auto repair. I even got a follow up text from the owner where I sang there praises . Great group of guys and gals !
Amazing and honest repair shop. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for 3 years now and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Brian is very thorough and communicative and makes me feel good about investing into my vehicle to keep it in tip top shape. The team of mechanics there is very skilled and gets it done right the first time. I highly recommend this repair shop

Great crew and services in this automotive repair shop in Krum Texas. The mechanics are well certified and qualified. They replaced my wheel bearings and steering parts to return my 2011 lexus to top shape. Drive like a new car. Spencers is fast with services, and keeps you informed as to services and tasks being performed. Will use them again. Tom

My wife and I so much appreciate how Spencer’s Auto Repair Cares for their customers. I have never left from there having work done and not been satisfied and confident that the issues were properly taken care of. The receptionist, Jessica, was very welcoming and she listened carefully to my concerns. I was updated with phone calls, texts with photos and status of repairs.My vehicle needed a lot of work and everything was done in the time frame expected.
Took my truck to this repair shop based on the reviews. Well was I 100% fooled. My window wouldn't roll up and I was told the total cost would be over $800. This included the $150 diag fee they do not roll into the cost of repairs when you choose to have them fix it like all the other places I've dealt with nor do they tell you this upfront. I decided to go online and find the door lock switch for $25 and replaced it myself in 2 minutes. I would never recommend this repair shop. They gave me a list of "needs" and three of those I can do myself for under $100 and their charge was around $280-300. I now believe the reviews are bogus with my experience. Last thing, don't expect much with their complimentary rental vehicles. I was looking for a long term repair shop for our vehicles but this is NOT the place. Lesson learned !!!
The staff at Spencers Auto Repair were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my car. I recommend them and will use them again when needed
The people who work here are honest and kind. Spencer’s auto repair does a fantastic job fixing my Toyota, and explaining the repairs needed. They are very knowledgeable in their field, but never talk down to you, and will explain things in detail if needed. My family and I have been going here for years, and will continue to do so. Getting repairs done at a dealership will cost an arm and a leg in comparison, as well as feeling like a commodity, and not a person. If you are looking for trusted place to take your vehicle, take your car to Spencer’s. It will be in good hands.
Amazing group of people and better service. Had me in and out same day for an oil change and brakes and a few other miscellaneous. Will be bringing more vehicles here in the future.

Went to Spencer's for AC repair. They did amazing work. They stayed in touch through text w/ detailed summaries and photos, worked with my budget and fixed my AC within 24 hours.
I can't say enough about the excellent service I received. They made every effort to cut costs for me, which included many days with one of their loaner cars (which saved me tons of money because I didn't have to rent a car). The work they completed was extensive, but necessary. Their efficiency, kindness, and extra-mile compassion will never be forgotten! I am so grateful!

Needed new brake master cylinder, batteries and air filter. All done quicker than I thought. Good about pointing out things I’ll need in the future.

Spencer's was great to work with! They gave us a whole vehicle inspection for a 2002 Silverado that needs some work without any pressure to repair that day. I appreciated that so much. I used a loaner vehicle for the day of service which was so convenient. Thanks Spencer's!!

I wrecked my car and needed a lot of work done. After one phone call with this shop I knew it was the place to take my car. The prices were unbeatable and the mechanic, Brian, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step sent detailed photos on everything he was doing and kept me up to date on the progress. Great experience always. Staff is courteous, honest, and friendly. Always willing to go that extra mile to assure you great quality work. They really helped me when I was critically ill when my vehicle was there for over 5 months. Went in to have a bolt removed from my tire, lug nut was spinning going no where..not only had then remove that but because their quote was so amazzzzing, my little red now drives straight again thanks to alignment and tie rods!!! Woohoo Brian and crew
I had my power steering hose replaced. I was told by another repair shop it was my power steering pump which would have been twice the price I paid at Spencer's.They turned out to be honest and with integrity. The repair work turned out excellent. I recommend them to all.🙂
The experience was wonderful from the first time on the phone speaking to Brian right up until the service was completed! Love how thoroughly they go through all the things that need repairs and send pictures and have rentals you can borrow while your vehicle is getting fixed and such an easy checkout process. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Two words: loaner car. What a great service! Even though my car took a few weeks (parts rebuild) I wasn’t out a vehicle! They had a loaner car that I could use the whole time.
