Took my car in due to a thumping noise in the front end. They diagnosed it quickly and did the necessary repairs. Now I am back on the road running smoothly. Battery died soon after and they came and jump started my car and took it to replace the battery and brought it back to my house. Great service!

I recently had quite a bit of work done on our SUV at Spencer’s. They were upfront with me and kept me up to date on every thing that they saw throughout the repair process. A few days after we picked it up, we took a family trip to Little Rock Arkansas. The Acura ran great and got us there and back without any issues. So good job Spencer’s Auto.

Family owned and operated by people who take care of you like you are one of their own! Rachel and Jerry genuinely care about helping their customers and making sure repairs are done the right way. For Krum locals it's an obvious choice, but absolutely worth the quick drive from Denton also.

I have taken my truck there now for both oil changes and semi-major repairs. Both times I’ve been impressed by how transparent they are with everything from telling you that they wouldn’t recommend a service that you are asking about to the price being exactly what you were told over the phone. I’m very impressed and will continue to go to Spencer’s!
I have been doing business with the Spencer’s for nearly 20 years. Always friendly, honest, and upfront on their business dealings. Krum is lucky to have such an automotive option as Spencer’s.
