I have my cars worked on at this place (not under this name). I do think they do a good job but there is no doubt they way over charge for their sevices. Getting quotes will tell you they are high. The only reason why I go there is out of convenience. I do wonder if they just take advantage of people that arent their friends.
Excellent service and honest people that will not take advantage of you. They know what they're doing and take great care of their customers. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for about 5 years now.

I've used Spencer's twice and it's been a great experience. I definitely recommend everyone use them. Customer service is awesome and they put all your options out on the table. If you haven't used Spencer's you should definitely give them a try!!!!

My car had just been towed in,checked by a local shop and pronounced "no problem found". Driving from Denton to Sanger the following day the check engine light came on, then started flashing and fuel odor present.I limped it into Spencer's.What a relief! They were straight up in giving me a time frame, price for diagnosis and listened carefully to all additional information about the condition of my car.Not only did they perform the requested check out in the time and price given, they also provided a full inspection. The full picture they gave me was key in helping me to determine the investment I wanted to make in my car.Although I chose not to make the repairs due to the age/condition of the car, their thoroughness, honesty and expertise shined.I since have referred my friends and respecttheir integrity. When You are unsure where to have your car repairs and maintenance work done, doubt no more..Take it to Spencers Automotive.
Spencer's in Krum is hands down the best car repair place I've ever been to. They are friendly, fair, and honest, and provide excellent automotive service and competitive prices. They have been really upfront with me about what services can wait versus which are urgent. Their estimates on pricing and completion times can be trusted.
Spencer’s is a professional and knowledgeable auto service company. They completed the repair on my vehicle in a very timely and cost effective manner. The shop is not just focused on their workmanship but their customers, with a family atmosphere that wants to get you back on the road. I will be back for my next vehicle needs.
I cannot day enough good things about this place. I was able to call ahead and make an appointment. I was greeted with warm smiles from the very nice woman at the desk and a mechanic. They took my car for a simple oil change, made me aware of my air filter needing replaced, which I appreciated. While I waited the seats were comfortable and the kerig coffee/beverage station accompanied by snacks were complimentary. About 20 minutes later, my car was brought to the door keys in and running with the a/c on! The owner shook my hand and personally thanked me for my business. Talk about customer service. I will not go anywhere else. Spencer’s has gained my family’s business for a lifetime.
I've taken my 2010 Honda Crosstour to the dealership to get repairs done in the past and always left feeling like I just got screwed. I will never go to the dealership again since dealing with Spencer's. From the estimate Rachel gave me to the end result I felt good about the whole experience. The repairs the did were great! And they saved me hundreds compared to the dealership. Thank you Rachel and the awesome mechanics at Spencer's for putting my faith back in good honest work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Spencer's to anyone.
Spencer’s Auto Repair was able to breath life back into our 2006 Chevy truck. We didn’t know what was wrong, and they were able to diagnose and get it back up running in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend using them for your automotive needs. We are glad we did!
Great repair shop. They are honest and dependable to fix your car right the first time. I only use Spencer’s for my needs. Even though I moved out of Krum, I still make the drive to have then do my repair work as well as oil changes. Great family run business

Haven't actually had work done here, but while I was out on a delivery I noticed my lugnuts were lose and they didn't hesitate to help me out....quite possibly some of the friendliest and caring people I've met in the automotive industry!

Brought my daughter’s truck in for an oil change. Staff was courteous and professional, and did not attempt to “up-sale” me with additional services. Overall a great 1st impression!!

Always trustworthy and great at explaining what the problem is. Genuine caring folks and didn’t charge me for looking at a problem and telling me what needed to be done. Definitely recommend them for any auto service.

I've been coming here for many years. It's so nice to have a local business for all your car maintenance needs. Staff is always friendly, honest and reliable and do excellent work. I will not take my car anywhere else. I would highly recommend Spencer's to anyone.

Spencer’s is always very professional and thorough when they work on one of our vehicles. They do good work at a fair price and let you know of anything that could potentially need work at a later time.

I recommend they find good mechanics what a joke of a shop
I highly recommend Spencer’s in Krum !! They are so friendly, a local family business, so professional, do a fantastic job, and always follow up with you on their job done. They are reasonably priced and very fair! You won’t be disappointed!

Spencer’s went above and beyond with their customer service and care for my car. Not only did they pick up my car when I couldn’t take it to them, they picked me up and brought me to the shop when I needed a ride. Rachel was very professional and the technicians were as well. I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone needing their car serviced.

Fast and very friendly service.As a woman, I always feel uneasy about taking my Jeep in for routine maintenance. This was the best experience EVER! I have been to the dealership to have maintenance done and I was never satisfied. I left Spencer’s feeling good. Thank you for being honest and treating me like I wasn’t just a number. I’ll be back for sure!! 👍🏼
