We have had all our Company vehicles serviced and repaired at Spencer's. We not recommend taking your vehicle to ay other place. They are the most honest people I have ever met. They will tell you the real problem and not just try anything. Affordable prices and a GREAT COMPANY. Thank you Jerry and Rachel and Staff.

They took good care of my old truck. Found and fixed the issues it was having and for less than I expected. I will definitely go back. Very nice people working there also.

I would highly recommend Spencer's Auto Repair. I called last minute needing an oil change and Rachel was able to get us in that day. They were fast and very efficient. I loved they sent me a digital report on my car so I could easily pull it up and review. I appreciate their friendly attitude and willingness to help.
Spencer’s Auto is a great place to take your car! We have been using them for several years and can always count on them for our automotive needs. They are dependable, friendly and honest!!

I have been taking my vehicles there for so many years that I've lost count. You can depend on Jerry and Rachel to give you a straightforward honest answer on what is going on with your vehicle. As a single woman I rely on that. When it's not worth fixing, they tell you that also. They tell you the minimum repairs that can be done if you can't afford to get it all done at once. I recommend Spencer's Auto Repair to all my friends that live in the area because they are the best at what they do.
Love this place! They always do such a great job.
We love Spencer’s Auto Repair. Their customer service and professionalism can’t be beat. We have used them for a couple of years now and have no complaints. We are customers for life, highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere other than Spencer’s Auto Repair. They hands down have the BEST customer service! I use them for all of our family vehicles. They are dependable, honest, and just a pleasure overall to do business with.Last week I called them up to look over a vehicle I was selling. They worked me into their schedule, recommended a few repairs, and were super helpful.I have been a happy customer since 2013.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We’ve been taking our vehicles there for work for at least the last 10 yrs. Some of the nicest, honest people I’ve known - Not just Jerry and Rachel, but the staff as well. They will shoot you straight, even if it’s something you may not want to hear! Top quality work as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had to have work redone there, and they are excellent with pointing out potential future issues. Absolutely recommend Spencer’s.
Love taking our cars to Spencer’s. They are so kind and great at what they do!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. They explain everything and make me feel comfortable with any decisions I need to make. I have been a customer for years and would never take my vehicles any where else. They are family oriented, trustworthy and dependable. You can’t go wrong with Spencer’s!

I would highly recommend Spencer’s automotive repair shop to anyone. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and they do great work at a very fair price. You know when you take your vehicle to Spencer’s Auto that they are not just going to tell you there’s a bunch of things that need to be fixed just to make money. They give you an honest evaluation and they don’t try to up sell you. If you need your vehicle repaired, oil changed, or an inspection and you don’t want to be taken advantage of at the dealer, this is the place to go.

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. We currently have 4 daily drivers. Our fleet from our local service company in Krum, will only be serviced at Spencer’s. 5 stars aren’t enough!!
If you are looking for a reliable and honest shop look no further . Spencer’s has always taken care of me so go see jerry and tell him you were sent to him by the best wrecker service in the county (lol) he will take care of you
Had a TON of major periodic/preventative maintenance done here a few weeks ago. I mean everything for a 150,000 mile vehicle that had never been serviced before. Everything is perfect and my truck is running great. Will definitely return for future business.
Update: 11/30/18
Dropped my truck off and left the keys in the night drop as my truck was experiencing some issues with oil pressure. I was contacted within 10 minutes of the shop opening and had a diagnosis by lunch. Thorough inspection, proper quote, and was out the door before close of business. As I stated before, I will definitely return for future needs.

I have trusted Spencer's Auto Repair for years. But more importantly I trusted Rachel and Jerry with my son's needs when he was a college student in Denton. They have always gotten it right the first time, and at a more than reasonable price! I highly recommend Spencer's for any automotive needs you may have.
Best doctor for your car! Staff is knowledgeable and take great pride in the service they provide to every customer.

I have been going to Spencer's for about 4 years after they were recommended to me by a family friend. They are honest, competent, and very detail oriented and are a LOT cheaper than going to a dealership. Very professional and work is always done in a quick manner. Feels good to have a reliable business with good mechanics in the area. Highly recommend them.

My daughter and I have used Spencers for a few years now. Small issues large issues... they handled it and at an affordable price!
