Jerry and Rachel Spencer run their business the same way they live their lives. They are honest, trustworthy, hard working, kind people with hearts to help those around them. They will help you to diagnose your vehicle's issue and fix the problem in a timely manner, with honest and fair prices. Second to none!!

Want to be confident you’re getting the best advice and service for your vehicle, Spencer's Auto Repair will be more than 5-stars. After 5+ years of vehicle service and maintenance, I drive my vehicle with complete confidence it will not fail and they’ll be there when it does to provide more value and peace of mind. Owners & staff are friendly and always go above my expectations to make me feel right at home. If you're looking for a shop that cares about their customers and is family owned & operated I strongly recommend Spencer's for your auto care needs.
We use Spencer's Automotive for all of our vehicle repairs. They are honest, reliable, and have amazing customer service!!
Been using Spencer’s Auto Repair for years now. VERY professional and GREAT people to deal with. Love how they are very knowledgeable at what they do. They are not like a dealership where they just throw parts on and hope it fixes it at your expense!! No job is too big or too small to them. Highly recommend them for your auto mechanic needs.

Love Spencer’s! Great customer service, fair prices, and quality car maintenance/repair. Can’t ask for more than that:)
This is the best auto repair shop! Very friendly and honest! Spencer's Auto values quality of work instead of trying to find ways to get you to spend money when not necessary. Everytime I would do routine maintenance at the dealership they always came up with extra things that supposively need to be done but Spencer's does not do this. I know I can trust them when they do make a recommendation. My car is always in good hands here!
Amazing small town customer service!!! Had an issue with a front bumper flap dragging making all kinds of noise due to scuffing too many curbs. Called Spencer's and even though their schedule was packed, squeezed me in and had me out within 15 mins!!! On top of that wouldn't take a red cent for their service in spite of my objections. Now I know why my daughter & son-in-law think so highly of the Spencer family, their expertise & business. Even though out of area, I'll be back to see Spencer's and highly recommend them for all your auto needs. Thanks again to the Spencer's - see y'all for my next oil change!!!

On the surface, Spencer's might not at first appear to be the least expensive repair. If you hunt hard, you might find a lower quote, most times, somewhere over the horizon.
But consider:
Spencer's stands behind their work and their parts, and if they say that it is fixed, then it is fixed. They will give you a heads-up about work that they see that you're going to need in the future, and will do so without pressure. They will give you phone and text updates about the status of your service. Spencer's is a family-owned-and-run shop with overhead, which has managed to flourish in a small little town. Add in that the shop owners (Jerry and Rachel) will tell you with intelligence about your car. (And lately, their son David has also been becoming more visible.) Add in that these are not just "parts-swappers," but they have real mechanics on staff who can and will make specific adjustments to your cars.
This is a real automotive repair shop, run in Krum, by Krum residents, for the benefit of everyone. They have my family's business.

I went to Spencer's for a issue with my battery connection, they were so nice and fixed it really fast. I had been worried all week since my car would sometimes not turn over. I was afraid to go anywhere now no problems at all! I am so thankful for their friendly service!

Shop did not seem to care about my vehicle or whether or not it was fixed. I told them what it was doing and they said they couldn't do anything because nothing came up on the computer. I will not use them for auto repair again!

Not only do I take all of my household's cars to Spencer's Automotive, but I had my mother take her car there, too. I can think of no higher recommendation. Spencer's Automotive provides a valuable service to the community of Krum by giving quality, honest work for a reasonable price. In addition to that, the business (which is locally and family-owned by native Krum people) gives back to the community in more ways than I could name. Look around at the sports events, cultural events, and city projects, and you begin to notice that they're re-investing in the community of Krum.

Spencer's is my "Go To" place for auto repairs since I moved to the Krum Community in 1999. I have always been pleased with the diagnosis and work done on my vehicles. I am on the fourth vehicle since beginning my auto relationship with them. My latest vehicle only needs oil changes and inspections but I always take to Spencer's.
This is a local home town hero auto shop. The kind you grew up with and enjoyed in generations past, but are scarce now days. Family owned and operated by genuinely honest and caring people. Years ago when I was going through the worst time of my life, Jerry and Rachel made car repairs to my mini van to keep it running and safe for me as a newly single Father of 3 when I didn't have two dimes together. It was at cost and sometimes they wouldn't even let me pay them. The work is impeccable and you can trust every word out of either of their mouths. You can't put a price tag on honesty. Do yourself a real favor and get your vehicles repaired here.
I have taken my vehicles to Jerry and Rachel for around 10 years. They have always been honest and always stand behind their work. I highly recommend Spencer's, they are fantastic people.
Best Service in the Denton Area. I moved to Krum from Arlington 5 years ago and since then have had my car serviced here. The first time I took my car in I was just wanting belts and fluids checked before I went on a long trip. They checked it out and didn't charge me. A few months later I took my moms car in for an issue and they resolved it the same day. Over the last 5 years they have serviced both my daughters cars, my moms, my wife's and mine. Each and every time the work is done correctly and quickly. The price is always lower than I expect. Rachel who works the desk calls me by name and is super helpful. They never try to up sale me on anything. I am spoiled now and can't imagine trusting anyone else with my car.
