I had a real problem with my trustworthy truck, limped it in to Spencer’s, fixed the rear drive U joints the same day!! Less than the estimated cost.One time I needed an inspection, they were very upfront about not being able to get to it the same day. Very honest.
I started having issues with my vehicle and had no idea where to take it because I am fairly new to the area. I ended up taking it to a shop in Denton and felt I was being overcharged for the work that they wanted to do. A friend of mine suggested Spencer's, so I called and spoke with Rachel. I was able to send them the quote the first shop had given me and was told that they could definitely beat the price that was given. I took it in and had them look it over and received a quote that was $1,000.00 less than the original quote. The work was done fast and the service was great. I will take my vehicle to Spencer's from this point forward.
Busy Mom Rave!!!! Spencer's Auto always makes the time to squeeze me in. The last thing I think about are my car repairs, oil changes, and inspections. They looked over my new car before taking ownership while my husband was out of town. To help me be assured that I was getting a good deal on the vehicle I was buying. They double checked everything to make sure it was safe and wouldn't cost me an arm and leg in future repairs. I don't have to second guess if they are over charging me or didn't replace a part correctly. I trust the work they do! I have been a happy customer since 2013 and I wish I had found them sooner!
This is the best auto repair shop! Very friendly and honest! Spencer's Auto values quality of work instead of trying to find ways to get you to spend money when not necessary. Everytime I would do routine maintenance at the dealership they always came up with extra things that supposively need to be done but Spencer's does not do this. I know I can trust them when they do make a recommendation. My car is always in good hands here!
Spencer's has always taken great care of us! Love how easy it is to schedule appointments and their work is always honest, efficient, and fairly priced. From oil changes and inspections to replacing A/C, they have helped us with various things to maintain our cars well over the years!. And as a mom of 4 little ones, I appreciate the toys snd puzzles Rachel has there for the kids. Small gestures like that go a long ways!!
I'm new to the area and needed work done on my pickup. I wanted to find a garage that was honest and reliable, and I'm thankful I discovered this local family run business. The folks at Spenser's are good people. They're friendly and helpful, and very open and honest about the cost of repairs and all the details regarding them. They're very service oriented, and take time to discuss any issues regarding your vehicle, or give advice regarding repairs or maintenance to prevent problems. I had brake work done. They totally explained everything I asked about before during and after the job, and the work was done exactly as promised. They even rotated my tires and and gave me a ride, as I had no to pick me up or bring me back. It's nice to find professionals who are not only good at what they do, but who also provide it in a friendly supportive way. It makes you feel like your vehicle is in good hands!
To expensive, they just recharged aircondition.
