I've dealt with a few different shops with a few different vehicles until i found this one. Now its the only place i go for my vehicle needs.
They're the most honest and dependable shop I've ever dealt with. Thanks Jerry and Rachel for helping me out to the fullest each and every time i come in.
Spencer's Auto Repair shop is a husband and wife operated business. They are friendly, provide great service at a reasonable price and are honest, which for me is one of many imperative qualities. I was in a situation where I needed my car looked at quickly and they were able to get me in the next day. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bombarding them. They make sure to put their customers first. I highly recommend them and would drive out of my way to have them service my car as needed.

This place is Great ! A++++++ and more A+++++. I do a lot of Auto Repair myself but Anytime I have any questions or any information that I need when I have car trouble they help me what steps I should take. And anytime I need something done that I can't do. I go to them. They have great prices and they do Great Work. Iv had to put a new computer in my Durango and they did a great job. And I called them to get info because my car won't even start at all now. But Rachel Help me what step I should take to fix it. Thank you Spencer for all your help with Information.

Best Service in the Denton Area. I moved to Krum from Arlington 5 years ago and since then have had my car serviced here. The first time I took my car in I was just wanting belts and fluids checked before I went on a long trip. They checked it out and didn't charge me. A few months later I took my moms car in for an issue and they resolved it the same day. Over the last 5 years they have serviced both my daughters cars, my moms, my wife's and mine. Each and every time the work is done correctly and quickly. The price is always lower than I expect. Rachel who works the desk calls me by name and is super helpful. They never try to up sale me on anything. I am spoiled now and can't imagine trusting anyone else with my car.

Took my girlfriend's car to Spencer's to have the A/C repaired. I told him what I thought the issue was (low idle switch), but all he did was add freon and charge her a little over $100 and said it was fixed. We took it elsewhere and had it fixed properly. My girlfriend thought she was taken advantage of because she's a female and they could simply tell her whatever they wanted and she'd believe it. He's also not very polite while speaking with me on social media.
Very quick and complete survive. Cost was what was quoted after work was completed. Very nice people to deal with. Would recommend them.
I have 3 vehicles and they have taken care of my vehicles for years their prices are very reasonable and if there are changes in price they check with me they are conscientious and considerate I have no complaints

Best auto shop I've ever used. Excellent prices and customer service. My car always feels brand new no matter what service is done to it. Highly recommended and will be the only auto shop I use.
We love it at Spencer's!! We get fast easy service. I can even send my teenage daughter there a feel great with the fact they take care of her! If you have not visited her I highly suggest!

Spencer's was able to diagnose my son's car problem and do additional maintenance all in the same day! Very professional, hard working group. They even remounted a broken plastic piece on my son's car just to make it look nice! I highly recommend Spencer's!

I highly recommend going to Spencer's as the mechanics there are very trustworthy, reliable, professional, and friendly. I moved away from Texas about two months ago and I really miss using Spencer's for my auto repair. I called Rachel today from Washington, because I really felt that this new mechanic I went to was over charging me, and Rachel took the time to explain to me what charging rates I should look for as well as how to find a good mechanic. If you are someone who is looking for an auto repair shop that looks out for the well being of their customers rather than trying to make a quick buck head to Spencer's.
