Got car inspected and they squeezed me in and it only took less then 15 minutes! Nice staff and clean waiting room.

We always choose Spencer's for our auto care and repairs. They have always treated us fairly, had good prices and we have had good results with their work.

My son accidentally backed off the edge of a driveway and it punctured our transmission oil pan so we had to have it towed. Spencer's was highly accommodating with excellent communication from beginning to end. The accident caused an additional issue with an engine oil leak, but all was repaired. Our car runs even better than before the accident and shifts like a dream now. Thank you Spencer's for your integrity, excellent customer service, and spot on repairs!

Wanted to find an auto shop near me in Krum. Based on reviews elsewhere (mostly 5 star!) I made an appointment to drop off the car via their well-done website. I'm glad I found them! The friendliness and customer service of this family owned auto shop is outstanding! Best I've ever experienced at an auto repair place, hands down. I really appreciated the text messages for diagnosis, estimates, options, and repair status to keep you involved with the process; I've never experienced that anywhere else! They do not try to fleece you with false/unnecessary repairs needed; no pressure tactics...they inform you of the issues, give you estimate, and YOU decide on the work or maintenance you want done. .I really appreciated that! They shuttled me back home and picked me up when ready; this worked well for me but I live nearby so I dont know the range of this shuttle service. The repairs were done professionally in a reasonable amount of time. Even better is their pricing which tends to be lower than those competing repair chains. Without a doubt, I'll be back when the car needs maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend Spencer's for your auto needs!

I have used Spencer's exclusively for my auto repairs for 7 years, including having a new engine installed. I have always been overwhelmingly pleased with the service and the work performed. I can also tell you that Spencer's is the ONLY place that has ever worked on my car and billed me UNDER the estimate -- That is honesty and integrity which will keep me as a lifetime customer.

I highly recommend going to Spencer's as the mechanics there are very trustworthy, reliable, professional, and friendly. I moved away from Texas about two months ago and I really miss using Spencer's for my auto repair. I called Rachel today from Washington, because I really felt that this new mechanic I went to was over charging me, and Rachel took the time to explain to me what charging rates I should look for as well as how to find a good mechanic. If you are someone who is looking for an auto repair shop that looks out for the well being of their customers rather than trying to make a quick buck head to Spencer's.

We discovered Spencer's by looking on the Better Business Bureau website and decided to take my husband's pickup to them. They diagnosed the problem and gave him a very reasonable estimate. They did the repair quickly and for the price stated. When my SUV (11 years old and over 200,000 miles) started making a noise we made an appointment and took it in, but they couldn't make it duplicate the noise. They told us to bring it back when we heard it again. Several days later I was hearing the noise and took it back without calling them first. They were extremely busy but did take the time to ride with us and heard it. Long story, but they gave us an estimate for what they thought it was and we left the car with them to have it fixed the next day. They called later and said they had found that it was actually something else and that it would be several hundred dollars CHEAPER to fix. They recommended we try that first. We did, and it totally took care of the problem. We've had a positive experience with this business--they are friendly, professional, and we feel that their rates are very reasonable.

I have lived in several different cities and one of the toughest things to do each time is find a mechanic that I have complete trust in. In the Denton area, that mechanic is Spencer's. They are honest, they are fair, and they are prompt.

Absolute horrible experience. I bought a car directly from them and it broke down the same day. Turns out it was a head gasket. When I took the car to be repaired there, it lasted 2 days then stopped accelerating and overheated on the highway. I later paid another mechanic who informed me it was fixed sloppily and incorrectly.

Very friendly local auto shop!! They are there to tell you what is wrong with your vehicle first and foremost. They care about the customers needs. I am a Happy customer since finding out they existed in 2014! The best part they are right here in Krum. I highly recommend Spencer's Auto Repair!

Trust worthy shop with great people. Was told by a dealership, we needed an expensive part because of a massive leak. Took the car to Spencer's for a second opinion. They informed us there was no leak and no need for an expensive repair with no charge for the diagnosis. Thanks for saving us money!

Great, honest folks who take great care of our cars. Came here for a second opinion when another shop told us we needed a $1,500 repair. They took a look (for free) and reassured us that we are fine. Even though this shop is almost an hour away from us, this is the only place we'll be bringing our cars for service!!
