Great experience!! Customer service was great (they are nice, informative, and will provide a loaner vehicle if you're insured). Also the price was much better than a competitor
I have been going to Spencer’s Auto Repair since 2019 when my older car got to the point it started needing repairs done. They were so professional and thorough explaining to me what was needed and why. They provided detailed photos of the repairs needed and a detailed estimate. They offered a 24 month or 24,000 mile nationwide warranty on the parts. In addition they provided me with a free complementary rental car while my car was being repaired. Since then I have taken my car back several times for oil changes and maintenance that is due to be performed based on my cars mileage. I have the utmost trust and respect for Spencer’s Auto Repair. It is family owned and the staff are friendly. They always follow up with me to make sure all is well. My car runs great and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my car repair needs.

0stars. Terrible experience. Constant misinformation and price kept going up and up. Had to return the car three times. Requested call from someone in charge never got a response. Asked again days later still no call. Left with broken car and feeling conned.
After experience a wobble in my truck and taking it to several other automotive maintenance shops, this shop actually found the problem and helped me fix it.They went above and beyond to find what the problem was and gave out a loaner car in the meantime so they could find the problem. I recommend Spencer's automotive to anyone and everyone. They are honest and they go the extra mile to find the issue and fix it.

Went to Spencer's for AC repair. They did amazing work. They stayed in touch through text w/ detailed summaries and photos, worked with my budget and fixed my AC within 24 hours.
I can't say enough about the excellent service I received. They made every effort to cut costs for me, which included many days with one of their loaner cars (which saved me tons of money because I didn't have to rent a car). The work they completed was extensive, but necessary. Their efficiency, kindness, and extra-mile compassion will never be forgotten! I am so grateful!

Needed new brake master cylinder, batteries and air filter. All done quicker than I thought. Good about pointing out things I’ll need in the future.

Coming from Kansas on a holiday weekend for my birthday and a wedding when we ran into some auto trouble. Spencer’s was able to get us in right away and get our truck fixed and back on the road within a few hours! Amazing customer service that is rare to find these days! Thank you for saving my birthday!
I've had a fair bit of work done on my vehicle to keep it in good shape, and I'm glad that I discovered Spencer's auto. They always do a great job in a timely manor, keep you updated with the progress, and ask for a fair price for the work done. They also have rental car options if needed.

Very great service
This place was spot on from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my vehicle the next day. They were always in communication with me and really found all the items that needed to be replaced, even the ones I had no idea about! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back to use their services on all of my vehicles.
Spencer's was great to work with! They gave us a whole vehicle inspection for a 2002 Silverado that needs some work without any pressure to repair that day. I appreciated that so much. I used a loaner vehicle for the day of service which was so convenient. Thanks Spencer's!!

I brought my truck to Spencer’s because I knew I would receive amazing service with top quality work. I had to get a lot of things done to many to list. Brian was always so nice and the staff was very friendly. I received texts updating me on my services and calls if anything needed to be discussed. Spencer’s Auto has been so good to us! They have taken care of both of our vehicles- a Honda Odyssey and Hyundai Elantra- and I’m sure they have done more services than just the ones I have selected! I just don’t remember everything. :) but they are amazing! They have taken through set up appointments as well as last minute walk-ins where our cars randomly started acting up. They have this loaner car program that has been a lifesaver! It allowed me drop my car whenever worked for me and then have a vehicle to drive while they were working on mine. Not only are their services timely, convenient, and high quality, their customer service is awesome! I always feel like I’m seeing a good friend when I’m in there.
