I brought my truck to Spencer’s because I knew I would receive amazing service with top quality work. I had to get a lot of things done to many to list. Brian was always so nice and the staff was very friendly. I received texts updating me on my services and calls if anything needed to be discussed. I trust them completely with my vehicle I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. My truck has a lot of sentimental value for me and I appreciate the care they provided. I had a great experience. I was sold only what I needed and given a list of things that should be taken care of at some point but by no means pressured to do it right now. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed quicker than I expected. I was told from the beginning how long it would take, which I didn't believe, but they got it done. I had a complimentary loaner vehicle which was a life saver and the staff was fantastic to work with. Definitely recommend this shop. It's not some backwoods beater facility either. It was very clean, they had up to date equipment, very impressive. Thank yall for the excellent service.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Brian and the crew at Spencer's exceeded my expectations with thier customer service, communication, and expertise. Spencer’s Auto has been so good to us! They have taken care of both of our vehicles- a Honda Odyssey and Hyundai Elantra- and I’m sure they have done more services than just the ones I have selected! I just don’t remember everything. :) but they are amazing! They have taken through set up appointments as well as last minute walk-ins where our cars randomly started acting up. They have this loaner car program that has been a lifesaver! It allowed me drop my car whenever worked for me and then have a vehicle to drive while they were working on mine. Not only are their services timely, convenient, and high quality, their customer service is awesome! I always feel like I’m seeing a good friend when I’m in there. Dealing with Spencer’s was a great experience. Brian W. and the staff took good care of me. They kept be posted on the repair of my vehicle and offered me a loaner car. They made me feel like they cared about getting the job done both correctly and in a timely manor. Mrs. Rachel (Owner) contacted me a few days after the repair. Following up on the service and repairs they provided. This is the first time I have used Spencer’s. I can honestly say I appreciate the effort that they put into their business. They made drop off easy, they text you to keep you informed on anything going on. I appreciate they didn’t push me to fix certain things. They give you the facts and leave it up to you to decided what all you want done. I will say I definitely love that they do give finance options, as it isn’t always easy to come up with all the money for vehicle repairs. Great local owned business, exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and they go out of their way to take care of you. If you have had a less than stellar experience with them, let Rachel make it right and give them another chance. You won't regret it. And I very much appreciate that they don't try to pressure you into adding more maintenance than you can afford at the time. Best of all, I have seen this company time and time again give back to their community. A++
Spencer’s goes out of their way to make the customer experience great. I called them on a Friday at 11am and they got my car in, diagnosed AND repaired same day, while also providing me a free loaner vehicle so that I could run my kids around and not miss a beat. They also texted me several days later to check in.I’ll never take my car anywhere else! Thanks guys.
Spencer's feels like family when it comes to our vehicles. I always feel like I am getting the real story and they keep me informed on upcoming things to keep my vehicle running well. Prices are competitive, but the way they treat me as a customer is what brings me back. Super great customer relations.
