Got an oil leak fixed, brakes done all the way around, tune up, fuel injection cleaning and had a bunch of bad lug nuts replaced. I dropped my pickup off on a Wednesday afternoon and it was ready to go Friday afternoon. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The work is always quality, they do not push you to do repairs that aren't necessary, and keep you well informed throughout the process!They have even been kind enough to give us a loaner car on longer repairs and provide rides to and from the shop for shorter repairs. They took my car in that very day & also supplied me with a loaner car at no cost. All the repairs were done and the prices were absolutely reasonable. Rachel and Brian are so kind. I love that they keep you updated on your vehicle. Also they will not do any work until they ask you first. I love that they send you pictures of what the part looks like before they replace it. My Dad has been using them for years. We have been using Spencer’s Auto Repair for the past 7 years. Always great customer service and honest advice on keeping our cars running safely. Their system of texting a link with pictures and descriptions of all required maintenance is easy to understand and keep up with, and they’re always happy to answer any questions. All the work they’ve done has been top quality, and I’ve never had any problems. They’re customer service is unmatched, and they’ve even had surprise hot wheels to keep my 2 year old happy while waiting. Initial diagnosis was required, as my issue may have required a diesel mechanic, but they knew just what to do and kept the vehicle for service. I used their loaner service, which was very helpful! I really liked the text updates, with links to reports and pictures. Follow-up was great, and timing worked out for me, even though some parts delays created some additional time. Quality was as expected, with no issues on pick up or driving since. I also paid in advance of the pick up, which was convenient as I needed to quickly turn around my visit. Spencer's has been the go-to car place for my family for years! The staff is SO incredibly friendly, and they truly do provide the good, honest work that many car businesses seem to lack these days. From extremely thorough inspections to intricate labor, they have always impressed us and exceeded our expectations. I could not possibly recommend them any higher- do yourself a favor and visit them for all of your car needs!

I've been a customer of Spencer's for a few years. They have always done a great job, for a fair price. I trust them for any work I need done on my vehicles, from a simple inspection all the way up to extensive engine work.
My daughter takes her car there now too.

Brought a used F350 to them to see why the heater was not working. They also gave me a very detailed inspection of the entire vehicle. Staff kept me updated throughout the repair and had the vehicle fixed on the same day. Ten out of ten customer service!
They always get me in and out. Best price on oil change around. The staff is friendly and don’t try to sell you service you don’t need.
Great and timely service. Provided a loaner car while I waited, and I got an apple pie!!!
