Melissa and David are great! They understand vehicles and my needs. PV Auto was very reasonable with their pricing. They do wonderful work in a timely manner, keeping me updated throughout the day.

The folks here are as honest as can be and helpful beyond belief! I trust my Jeep to them time and time again for everything from routine maint. to major stuff! They've never let me down, have been honest with me and quote prices fairly. I think Bill and his staff are the last of the breed. I will go nowhere else!

The PV Center in Tucson put a hitch & brake controller on my SUV for pulling a small travel trailer. The customer service was nothing less than awesome and the work provided was perfect. Both Melissa and David where a pleasure to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner. I took off one star because the brake controller is one David said he was not familiar with and I was pretty much left on my own to figure it out. Four months later, I am still baffled by the thing. Yes, it works, but it is suppose to be so smart it adjusts itself, I'm not so sure about that... Just yesterday, I was going around a corner and applied the brakes a little and the trailer brake locked up squealed and smoked! Wow! The only difference from the last time I towed was the trailer was empty, so lighter. No self adjustment obviously. Would I use this company again or recommend them, absolutely.

Work was done fast, and accommodated my schedule. Price was reasonable. Most important, they seemed very honest. I know the work was done exactly the way it was supposed to be done.

Only wanted a block check for the engine and was told that was going to be 40-50$ and came back with a 170$ bill with no parts changed because of an air bubble in cooling system, on top of that I was charged 270$ in total by mistake!
