Alex and team at Maine Luxury Auto Barn deliver a 10 out 10. Consistently . Alex and his team are honest and take extra care to be thorough. I am so grateful to have them taking care of my BMW when needed. I won’t go anywhere else.
I can't say enough good things about the service and customer care at Luxury Auto Barn. I took my Mini Cooper in for brakes and a few other repairs affecting it's overall performance and I am blown away by the thoroughness, attention to detail and fair pricing I experienced. My car drives like it just came off the showroom floor and it is 11 years old. I would not hesitate to recommend Luxurious Auto Barn to anyone looking for honest, reliable and reasonably priced automotive services.
If you have a BMW and want it worked on by the best then this is the place the prices are great and they take the time to answer and questions you may have. Everything I've had done has been ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's very hard to find Beamer master mechanics you can trust to do what's necessary but only what's best and needed. I found MLAB when buying a used BMW outside my local area, and needed someone I could trust to inspect it, and the online reviews I read convinced me to call. Alex and Nate fit me in between their work and we spent time talking in general and specifically about another car I own which they have now worked on and will likely save it from some late life troubles other mechanics believed relegated to end of life. I will travel what for me is an extra hour to MLAB to make sure any significant work beyond oil changes, and come to think of it maybe that too, gets done by them. I just hope they don't become TOO popular, but I suspect they will and they deserve it.
2020 X5 was due for 60k service and the car had only been serviced by the dealer to this point. The service, value, and follow up by Alex and Nate was exceptional. They took the time to answer my questions, provided solid advice, and scheduled my service almost immediately. Updates were provided after the service was complete via text and a phone call. MLAB provides excellent service and quality. Any work or service I need on my BMW will now be done here without hesitation.

Took care of my BMW headlight problem in 2 hours, fixed everything and gave much helpful information about upcoming services and did not break my bank. BMW dealership couldn’t identify or fix same issue in 2 days. Recommended if You have any BMW questions, services or issues. Very professional.

In the summer I drive a 1998 (not a typo) Z-3. Had a warning light come on for the first time. Called and got an appointment in a couple of days. Brought the car in for service, Alex explained what they were going to do to diagnosis the issue. They called me in a couple of hours, told me that the problem was minor - and that it has been fixed. Will be taking this car into them for all future service. Price was fair, service was excellent. I bring my car to them 1-2 times a year. Always very satisfied with the service.
Auto Barn people did an excellent job servicing our somewhat antique BMW… they were very nice and easy to deal with… and I will be happy to work with them again in the future. No issues at all.
Very impressed with MLAB. I brought my 2015 JCW Mini to them for an annual service and overall checkup as the car is only used in the summer. They gave me an excellent diagnosis of what needed to be done and now my 73,000 mile car runs like new. Fair pricing and on time service too! Kudos to Monica for keeping me informed, relating the techs recommendations and always smiling when I walked in. Thanks MLAB for a job well done!!
Go see them! After my first experience at Maine Luxury Auto Barn, aside from Black Forest Automotive in San Diego I will be referring anyone with a Porsche, Merc or BMW to MLAB. I found MLAB after not getting to the bottom of a pesky CEL, that about a week ago turned into a loud, rough running engine with severe power loss. After speaking with Alex I knew my 2003 e46 would be in good hands. Alex impressed me with his knowledge and MLAB was detailed, thorough, and very efficient. After they looked the car over and run diagnostics, the initial estimate was about 20% less than I expected i would be paying, they got the work done days before I hoped and Alex and his crew were so efficient, and honest, that i left spending 15% less than the estimate I got, and yet nothing about the service or the parts were cheap! Sorry in advance MLAB our other cars aren't as nice as our e46 but I am gonna make you work on them anyways. I repeat Go see them!

Luxury Auto Barn may not appear the same as your local big-time BMW dealership, but I can attest the level of service and expertise provided here is on par with the very best. The owner (Alex) has extensive knowledge, training and certification with german automobiles. The cost savings of not having a fancy storefront is passed on to the customer, which is great in my book. I've brought multiple cars here for a few years now and always leave satisfied.

I trust this mechanic to preform a large repair. Ive been here many times, he treats me very well and with kindness.
Took my car in to have a part checked for the specific point of failure. They did a full diagnostic. After being serviced and given the write up I took the car home. This is where it goes bad. A burning smell was coming from outside, didn't believe it was my car. Later took the car for an oil change. When I parked smoke was coming from the engine. Oil had spilled from the oil refill down the side of the engine. The oil refill cap was left unsealed atop the engine. This could've led to further problems or damage. The company response detailed possible failure points, but that they had no reason to loosen the cap. They are very professional, and they run a strong business. But 2 stars because they got the diagnosis right.
I can’t say enough good about the work Alex and Nate do at MLAB. Their attention to detail is above and beyond anything I’ve ever received at the dealership! They are straight shooters, they don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. Alex and his employee are very friendly. It is hard to find an honest mechanic that puts themselves in a position where you feel like they own your issue.
