I can’t say enough good about the work Alex and Nate do at MLAB. Their attention to detail is above and beyond anything I’ve ever received at the dealership! They are straight shooters, they don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW see them, from simple to the most complex repairs, they’ll treat your vehicle like it’s their own !Services: Tire rotations, General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Engine repair, Oil change
Alex and his employee are very friendly. It is hard to find an honest mechanic that puts themselves in a position where you feel like they own your issue. Broke down on 95 and had my car towed to Maine Luxury Auto. Didn't know anything about the shop besides the reviews. Alex was great. Communicated throughout the process and work I did was reasonable and well done. Highly recommend.
I was having a problem with the heat in my X5 so I took it in and had everything checked. There was a lot that needed to be done, but Alex troubleshooted everything and found a way to save me a ton of money on repairs. Now my SUV is driving better than it has in years! And the heat works like a dream. I will definitely use their services in the future!

I went to this place for car work , they did awesome work , I did post to this place wrongly at first.. but that was not true I had been there many times through the years. This time the co.changed hands without my knowledge, but the work is awesome I give them five stars
MLab is clearly staffed with knowledgeable people. The service is focused on what the particular problem is currently and on potential future issues, which helps you plan your maintenance schedule.
Alex has a state of the art facility for its size. My Mercedes is cleaned when he returns it to me . Not over priced and I feel you get more than you pay for . Thank you again
