German car specialist's, and a great honest bunch of guys.
Had sensors out on both back wheels. Diagnosed and fixed in an hour. Great service.

Roberto and young Antonio Bloodworth have always provided excellent service for my stable of High Performance European Automobiles. With the fine work they’ve done stretching as far as the 24 hour at LeMans I expected superior performance and did in fact receive it. These people are crooks, plain and simple. I worked with Robert Bloodworth in the 1970's and he always had pure contempt for his customers. I guess he's getting back at them by ripping them off while smiling at them. $1,643 to replace a thermostat and water pump on an X1. Too expensive? OK, just pay us $180 for the 10 minutes we spent looking under the hood and we'll let you have your car back.
Horrible They did the same thing to me and then they rude sending emails and text all caps wish I came close them down HORRIBLE cannot believe they in business the lord dont like ugly and look how they talk and respond they Ugly
horrible place to rrust with your car. i went for one thing and they broke something else BEWARE wish i could give them a NO STAR paid like 5000 and i rhink they made things so much worse go on your own RISK
I have been a customer of AutoWorks International since 1987 . They have an exemplary shop to do business with . Robert and Tony ( his son ) are extremely skilled and genuinely courteous . Danny , Tres , David and Andrew are an integral and capable part of the team . They truly care about you as a customer . And they make sure , as humanly possible , that they have as much up-to-date technology as they can acquire . You will get great work at a fair price , be treated respectfully ( as will your car ) and always , always get a straight answer to your questions .

I've been using Autoworks International for our '05 Mercedes for the last few years. They're professional, friendly, and have reasonable prices. I like the option of texting communication, including the digital estimate with the detailed breakdown of repairs. They also do a great job cleaning my car, even when we bring it in for small things.

George Coumanis at Southside Mowers says Tony is a pro and his Daddy Robert Bloodworth and their staff are pros. Take your BMW , Volkswagen, Mercedes, all your foreign cars there, they are nice and will explain to you all thats going on with your vehicle, they are out to please, get your stuff right, not rip you off and they are honest. There aren't many places I can take my Mini Cooper to for repairs. I've brought my car here 4 times and will remain a repeat customer. The customer service is amazing, and I appreciate that they are very upfront and honest about what they can and can't do repair wise as well as the estimates they give you.
I wish I had known about Autoworks sooner! I needed a repair fast because I was leaving town, and they were booked out for the next two weeks. Danny was kind enough to squeeze me in sooner, and he was transparent and told me I didn’t really need that particular repair immediately and that I could drive the car with no issue. I still chose to get the repair. They completed it in the time frame they said they would, and my car is running just fine. I highly recommend Autoworks International!
This shop has a heart of gold. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They quickly and accurately diagnosed my issue and communicated my options very clearly and without all the confusing shop talk. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring this business has proven themselves to be. I would recommend them to everyone.
I have been going to auto works for many years. From routine maintenance to major issues for my Mercedes’. The work is always done as promised. Their pricing for repairs is reasonable compared to the Dealer prices. Keep up the good work
Customer service is top notch. Unexpected issues arise from what we initially thought which caused a delay in fixing my vehicle. The staff went above and beyond the responsibilities of a auto shop to insure I was well informed and taking care of to include away for me to get home while vehicle was being serviced. If you own a import then this is the place to have it serviced. I didn't get up priced because I own a import. Integrity and customer service is in fact number 1 here. Thank you for making me feel like I was family and your honesty.Keith

If you have a German car, this should be your Go To repair shop. Always happy with the service. My only complaint, appointments are usually 7-10 days out. However, the fact that they are that busy should tell you something. Thanks Autoworks!
My daughter is a student at FSU the car I drove to her, VW Jetta had a few unexpected problems. I was blessed to have my tow truck driver recommended this place. Danny was outstanding! A few months back I brought my Mercedes in due to randomly the SRS light was coming on and message would appearl on my dashboard. I was told the sensor in the passenger was probably the culprit. They did the diagnostics and determined that was the cause. However, since the message was random, they didn't want to charge me until they were sure that was the issue.I was told to drive the car some more and if the light comes and stays on constantly to bring it back. It took 4 months before the light stayed on constantly. The staff was very polite and professional. Most of all, I appreciate their integrity in making sure to not take my money until they knew exactly the problem.
