These guys are on the level. If they can't fix it they tell you. They shuttled me home when I dropped off the car. They put replaced part in the car.

Came across this shop by accident when my tire was flat. I showed up without an appointment and needed my tire plugged ASAP. These guys were quick and very kind. In and out in 20 minutes. 👌

My daughter is a student at FSU the car I drove to her, VW Jetta had a few unexpected problems. I was blessed to have my tow truck driver recommended this place. Danny was outstanding! If you have a German car, this should be your Go To repair shop. Always happy with the service. My only complaint, appointments are usually 7-10 days out. However, the fact that they are that busy should tell you something. Thanks Autoworks!
My wife’s Miata was involved in a minor crash. The body man repaired the damage, but the car would not stay in drive gear. I took it to Rob at Autoworks and by the time I got back home he called me and said the motor mount brackets were broken. He had it repaired and back on the road quickly and at a very fair price. Well pleased!’
A few months back I brought my Mercedes in due to randomly the SRS light was coming on and message would appearl on my dashboard. I was told the sensor in the passenger was probably the culprit. They did the diagnostics and determined that was the cause. However, since the message was random, they didn't want to charge me until they were sure that was the issue.I was told to drive the car some more and if the light comes and stays on constantly to bring it back. It took 4 months before the light stayed on constantly. The staff was very polite and professional. Most of all, I appreciate their integrity in making sure to not take my money until they knew exactly the problem.
I was a happy client since 2011, but on May 17th, 2021 that changed. I stopped by concerned with the same exact warning lights that were back on after spending $1,000 in this shop less than a month ago. I also picked up a gas cap and asked for the battery to be tested because something is massively draining the battery. After awhile the guy came back and said that both of their battery volt testers are dead and I was told I could have my car seen on June 1st. Guess what the car died the next day leaving me stranded and an appointment two weeks away.
For over 20 years Auto Works International has provided excellent service for my German cars. They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest with reasonable pricing. They do an unbelievably great job. It’s a pleasure to have Auto Works International in Tallahassee to provide all my European cars services.
Both Tony's were very professional, friendly and courteous. They diagnosed my 650 BMW issues and they completed the work in a timely manner. They did an awesome job. These guys even. Follow up after service which is wonderful. Thank you for a job well done. My husband Jessie Debron and I are very pleased.
This place is the best. I had a 10 o'clock appointment, I couldn't make it at that time but I was able to drop my car off at 9 instead. They were very flexible with the time. They did my maintenance service on my bmw 320i, and they have way better prices than any other shop in town.
My husband and I have a 2011 BMW X3. The BMW dealership quoted us thousands of dollars for the repair. We brought the car to Autoworks, they took it for a test drive and recommended work that cost less than a thousand. We scheduled the appt., they did the work (that day!) and the car shifts perfectly! It’s like having a new car again! What more could you want from a car repair shop...honesty, courtesy, and competence! I won’t take my car anywhere else!
Auto works International was highly recommended to us and they did NOT disappoint! From the first call to t he last, every detail about our 1986 Mercedes 560 SL was given and the cost to repair it.We have used many car shops around North FL & South GA, but this place is at the TOP!They are professional and polite all while repairing /fixing your car with a great attitude.Our Car is running great & the price was reasonable especially for an older Mercedes that not many people work on any more.We will definitely use them again & tell all of our friends too!
I wish I can give more than 5 stars to these guys. I own an old Benz and have looked all around town to find a place who can fix my car for a reasonable price. I'm still in school so going to the dealership was not an option. From the minute I walked in to this shop, I felt respected and cared for. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation like most mechanics. They were professional and transparent and even took me back to the shop to show me exactly what needs to be worked on. They even gave me a discount in the end to help out. The manager even took time out of his day to brainstorm with me about the best option given my situation and suggested selling options if I can't afford the repair. It's very rare nowadays to find someone who doesn't treat you like you're just a transaction.The car was ready in a couple days, and they texted and called to let me know it was ready. No more having to wait for weeks and call the shop multiple times to ask if the car is done! My car drives like a dream now and I love it!!I'll definitely be going back to this shop for any car issues, feeling really lucky to have a good mechanic who knows how to fix my car. Thank you Danny and everyone else, forgot to mention they also were so kind to give me a ride back to school which saved me an Uber trip! :)
These guys did a wonderful job and their follow up infrastructure for service is wonderful. When it comes to BMW, this is the best local shop in town.

Sharon said the business initially overcharged her and performed an oil change without her authorization. The manager, Robert, adjusted the bill after she called to have the charges explained. She stated that one of the tire sensors was not working but the business did not have the right scanner to detect which one needed to be replaced. The manager offered to find the scanner but has not followed up after the service visit.
