They have a very caring owner and employees. Work to keep my car tip top shape at a reasonable price. Definitely Recommend them for all Mercedes, BMW and VW repairs.

If you want only the best for your automobiles mechanical problems, the only,place to go in Tallahassee, and possibly for miles around, is Autoworks International. I can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and honesty. Tony is absolutely the best mechanic I have ever done business with. He went out of his way to help me with my VW. I can't thank him enough for helping me with a problem that, without him, I could not have resolved. Thank you all. And especially, thank you Tony!!!

This place is always busy!! The reason!! They are just that good at what they do!! I have used them for years and have always been pleased with the mechanical work that they provide. Honest, upfront, pride in what they do, they stand behind their work. I can't say enough good things about Robert and Gina, they are the cream of the crop, as was Warren when he was there. Thank you Thank you!!

If I could, I would give 10 Stars! I called to get a quote to replace an Alternator in an Audi Q7, because the dealership stated that they would have to do a diagnostic, just because the Alternator light comes on doesn't mean that you need a new Alternator. #GTFOH! Tony gave me an reasonable estimate, so I scheduled an appointment with him. However the part that I ordered from the dealership was not going to make it in time, for my appointment. I called Tony on Thursday, to let him know that I was unable to make my Friday appointment and would have to reschedule, because my parts from the dealership haven't come in yet. Tony was familiar with the delay in shipping due to COVID-19. I told him that, I would give him a called as soon as I get my parts from the dealership. 8:00am Monday morning. I received a phone call staying that my parts are ready for pickup. I raced to the dealership, in my daughter's car, inspected my parts and went back to the Airbnb. I called Tony, to let him know that I have my parts in hand. He said great! What time can you be here Today? I had my Audi there within 30 minutes. I stopped by the shop on Wednesday, before I went to the gym that is across the street, to see if everything was going OK and if I can get an ETA? Tony told me that there was water in the battery tray, which is located underneath the driver's seat. Which I was familiar with. The Q7's have a A/C condensation leak in the interior, once the drains get clogged. Tony introduced me to David, the mechanic that was working on my Audi. David explained everything that he did down to the details of how he put the NEW bolts in the battery tray. Well it has been a week and everything with my Audi is GREAT! David did an EXCELLENT Job! - Thank You, Tony & David

I brought my VW here to try to save some money. They charge $99/hour for labor, while the VW dealership charges $117/hour. I had a few different things going on with my 6 year old Jetta that needed service. The guy who answers the phone, deals with the customers, pushes the buttons on the old school cash register is not trustworthy. He quoted prices he did not deliver, randomly eliminated prices when he could tell I was dissatisfied. He told me I would have to leave my car all day/night, when the actual mechanic said he just needed to look at it for 5 minutes to know what part was needed. He wouldn't call me when he said I would, so I would have to call him to check in on when things were ready. I felt like he was always trying to scam me, with this tone of "well, let me do you this favor, you're welcome." Sorry dude, charging me an extra misc $100 is not doing me a favor (he ended up knocking it back down to the quoted price, but still the idea of him trying to slide one under was not cool). I wish the actual mechanics were the ones I could interact with, and up at the front desk. I felt like they were honest and trying to be helpful. They picked me up from work when I needed a ride. They actually used their brains and their hearts, compared to the slimy guy who works the cash register. Another little inconvenience of this place, is that since it's not the dealership, they have to order all the parts in, so sometimes it can take an extra day to get things done. This place fixed some of my issues, but I ended up having to go to the dealership after all, because they didn't have a VW specific device to program my inconveniently customized European key. My mistake for getting a fancy euro car. Would I come back? Ehhh, depends on what it was for. With the cheaper hourly labor price and the convenience to where I live, (it's in midtown and I could walk home after dropping off my car) maybe. But I would for sure write down every quote, read every receipt, and question everything. Because, while this guy will back off when you call him out on dishonesty, he will try to slime his way into scamming you if you aren't watching your back.

I got ripped off by Waren. I only took my Benz to him because of a recommendation and I regret it. I was charged $120 for a light bulb replacement because I supposedly needed ne wiring but no new wiring was actually done. They returned my car and did not readjust the trunk latch properly so I had to slam it to close until I fixed it myself. If you asked me if I would recommend this place to my enemy, I wouldn't do it. Bottom line.
