Honest and up-front with their pricing, talented and efficient with their service, I take both my cars there for everything from routine service to induction manifold replacements. Not to mention their customer service is exceptional and I always know what they're doing before and after the service.
I have taken my 2012 GMC here two times so far. First time was an alignment, second time was to straighten out my throttle body and a fuel system cleaning. Great service, super clean shop, and a great attitude! Camt go wrong bringing your vehicle here for all your service needs!
Courteous staff. I believe they are honest and knowledgeable. I took my jeep there to be serviced for a costly repair during the holidays. They diagnosed my vehicle without adding unnecessary repairs. Additionally he came down on my estimated cost, which really helped us out. I highly recommend this company.
Shamrock is a very clean facility. Chris was helpful in solving my daughter's vehicle issue. The pricing is reasonable and we will definitely be going back to have our vehicles worked on.
I have had a couple of repairs on my vehicles. I normally do my own work but there are just some things that take more time than I have. These guys do good work. I have been very satisfied with the workmanship and thoroughness these guys provide. They always provide me with things to keep an eye on to avoid costly repairs in the future.
Great service! They can always get me in on my days off last minute. I need a new strut on my car, and instead of just saying that I needed a new one, they took the time to explain to me why and actually show me the results of before and after my alignment that I had done. Too many places have tried to rip me off simple because I am a female and assume that I don't know anything about cars, when that is not the case at all. I drive past so many other places that I could have my car serviced at, but I drive 35 minutes just for them!
First time using Shamrock. It was for a simple check engine light. Chris was very patient and explained the issue and repair needed. I can tell by how the place is managed that it is well ran. Will definitely be using their services going forward.I went back to perform recommended service from my last Shamrock visit for a rough idle they noticed. Conducted a fuel induction clean and vehicle is running smooth and big difference. Thanks, Chris.

Shamrock Auto Care has been taking care of my vehicle for almost a year now. I love these guys!!! They are professional, knowledgeable, conservative, trustworthy and always friendly. They address each issue with precision. They do not take advantage and try to sell you something you don't need. Being a woman on her own comes with enough challenges. I am so grateful that wondering and stressing over if I'm getting the best, safest and most cost effective service for my car is not one of them! I consider Shamrock Auto Care a wonderful blessing to me!!!
The crew at Shamrock is excellent. They are the most hardworking, genuine, and HONEST service provider I have ever worked with. I take all of my vehicles there for anything and everything. They always provide me with all the information and advise on the correct care for my truck. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles back to them.
I’m new to the Monroe area and I needed a local shop to take my car for brakes. I checked out the reviews from the shops in the area and saw great reviews from Shamrock and it was very close to my house. I called and spoke with Chris, and everything was just like the reviews. He ordered my parts, I took the car in the next day and the work was done. Quick, affordable and no upsales. They are certainly my new “local” shop for my services, and I’d highly recommend them to others.
Loved the service I got from Shamrock. This was my first time there, but it will not be my last for sure. They were very knowledgeable and comforting. The facility was clean and well ordered. I felt they were highly professional overall in fit and finish. What I also loved was there was no high pressure to do more. They simple went over what they did and then informed me on some things that might need to be done and I went on my way. Like I said, super great experience and will be back very soon.
