Honesty and integrity. They could have told me the repair was 600.00. But they were honest and I came out paying 80.00. Not many places left like them.

Critical: QualityI took my vehicle to another shop because the rear tire was still turning out and was told that all alignment specs were out of range and that most of the bolts were very loose causing the wheel to move around... Advised that I was driving a very unsafe vehicle and could have been in a collision...
I was having a problem with my 1966 Corvette fuel sending unitI was referred to Chris (owner) during the lockdown period and he told meThat he wouldn’t be able to see me for awhile, but after a few weeks I tookIt there and within a day the issue was resolved.

It’s hard to find a good mechanic and I can say that I definitely found one! They were very professional and kind, and did a fantastic job on my oil change and brakes. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Came in because my AC hadn’t been working, not only did they fix what was going on, gave me cold air again, but advised me of other services my car was close to needing as to keep my car running. The service didn’t break the bank and these guys are as honest as you can get. If I ever need to get my car fixed again I’d definitely bring it back to shamrock

Shamrock did some work on my husband's Ford F150. I like that they can do all work recommended or let you break it down so it's more affordable. I feel they are honest and reliable.

So I recently moved to the area and have been trying out different auto shops here and there and these people are by far the best. Honest, certious, and fair pricing and main reasons why I like them so much. They even took me back into their shop and let me see under the truck what was going on. I never had that done before! I love this place but more importantly, my truck loves this place!
Chris and the staff of Shamrock has done work on multiple vehicles of mine and even a boat trailer at one point. Work has always been top notch and never had any issues after work complete. I trust them and would highly encourage anyone to try them out if they are in need of an honest and dependable shop.

I had a 5 star experience at Shamrock. I worked directly with the owner during my visit and he was a straight shooter which is very important to me when choosing an auto shop. It is clear that customer service is a core value of theirs and that they have a desire to truly care for the customer's needs. My wife and I will be going back.
I had to have my car towed in to Chris and his staff...they took good care of my car!I needed my clutch and multiple other transmission parts replaced. They keep me posted on parts and progess of repair. And price in comparison to what the Dogde place was gonna be just to look it was amazing! I'm satisfied with the work they did and will return for future repair or maintenance!!!

My name is Robert. I recently took my 2001 Dodge Ram truck to Shamrock for an alignment. They used their laser alignment rack to alignment my truck. They did an inspection on the front end steering and suspension components. They informed me of a couple problems to be concerned with. They have earned my trust and business. As soon as I can, I'm taking my truck back to them to repair the problems. The whole experience was a relaxed and they are very professional. Sincerely, Robert McCathern Definitely a Five Experience.

Slight delay in repairs being finished but no fault of Shamrock. GM website was down and the new parts had to be programmed through the website.

I arrived at Shamrock Auto Care to have a state inspection completed and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I was greeted promptly by Chris and he had me in and out in no time at all. He advised of needed services for my vehicle based on the age and mileage and provided me with quotes for the services. He was courteous and professional. I will use Shamrock again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
Nice little shop,friendly staff. Visited the new location and met Chris the owner. This we be my go to place from now on.
Chris was great! He was able to identity and fix what was actually wrong with my car, at a very reasonable price. They also checked over my entire vehicle for problems/issues that may need to be fixed in the future. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be back!

We have a local car dealership and several of our vehicles have been towed back to us NOT RUNNING and we have had multiple customers complaining about the same issues that Shamrock Auto was paid to correct, before they were purchased. After looking a little more closely, I see that an extreme amount of effort has gone into writing lots of fake reviews.... possibly the owner, or friends of his, but they were definitely published using newly created accounts and for this purpose, as others have apparently noticed as well. I wish we had paid attention to them beforehand and not just gone by the overall number of five stars on the business page.
- This is a REAL review from an actual company who used their services in the past, not a fake review -- like most of the 5 star reviews on this page or as the owner suggests on Google and is afraid to admit -
-- I would advise you to read the negative reviews and take heed as they are a more accurate depiction of the service they provide and the experience we have had!!!!

One of the most important things I look for when I relocate is a mechanic that knows what he is doing, is uber professional and honest. I found them here at Shamrock, we were very impressed with the level of communication and skill-set.

Took my car in for my annual inspection and the service was super quick. Chris was very courteous and I left with a good feeling.

Honest and up-front with their pricing, talented and efficient with their service, I take both my cars there for everything from routine service to induction manifold replacements. Not to mention their customer service is exceptional and I always know what they're doing before and after the service.
I've used Shamrock a few times now when my cars needed service, always honest, fair, and prompt with the repairs. Thanks!
