When it comes to take care of your vehicle shamrock auto care is the place NOT to go. I had bad, worse, horrible and shamrock auto care experience. This place is completely careless and all they want is to take your money away. Next time I will read reviews, but for sure I will never go there again. Highly NOT recommended.

I’m new to the Monroe area and I needed a local shop to take my car for brakes. I checked out the reviews from the shops in the area and saw great reviews from Shamrock and it was very close to my house. I called and spoke with Chris, and …More
I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and he was patient in answering all my questions. The price was reasonable and I felt like my car was in good hands. I will definitely be using them for my car maintenance from now on.

Chris has been super helpful with addressing all of the concerns I’ve had with my vehicle. Everyone I have encountered at the shop, have been friendly and helpful. Repair costs have also been very reasonable.
Very disappointed in this automotive repair company. I felt like I had to suggest recommendations to them to fix the issue with my vehicle. $200 dollars worth of parts and $550 dollars worth of labor and the issue was still not corrected. Then the owner Chris calls me up and advised that my vehicle needed plug wires and that would be another $185 dollars for 10 minutes worth of work. I stated that I would put the plug wires on it myself in the parking lot and he advised that he didn’t want me to do that. However I went and picked the vehicle up and drove it home with no issues. I didn’t have to change the plug wires. I would not Recommend this place.
I have been using them for several years, they always get work done on a timely fashion, they explain to me what they are doing why they are doing, and recommend things that are needed, but give me an option to do the work then or at latter date. They do really good quality work and are extremely informative, i am so satisfied that i have them also do work on my business fleet of vehicles as well.
Chris and his entire team are incredibly professional and efficient. I did not ever feel uncomfortable talking to Chris and I was never upsold - Chris simply told me what my car may need in the near future but never pressured me. I will definitely be returning!
