Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueChris and his crew - from the front desk service scheduler to the mechanics are not only friendly but I am highly confident that as "non-mechanical" person I am getting the repairs I actually need at a fair price! Appointments are relatively easy to schedule so even last minute appointments --the kind where I say "oops I'm going out of town next week and should have my car looked over so I don't require require roadside assistance" are usually available! We were with the same mechanic for 25+ years until he retired, and we had the hardest time finding a replacement. But, over the past few years, we've consistently had good experiences with Shamrock. Chris always follows up to be sure we are satisfied with the service and value. Their printed service summaries help you keep track of completed maintenance and plan for upcoming needs as well (very helpful if you have multiple drivers/cars). We are impressed with the high level of customer service. If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is the place.

The service there is excellent and I never have to take the car back because it wasn't fixed right. I give them 5 stars. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I feel like my vehicle is being taken care of well here unlike taking it to a big box mechanic shop where they’re just looking for ways to charge you more.

All the staff is friendly and professional. Any questions or requests I had were addressed promptly. Pricing is excellent for the high quality products they use. The follow up communication is great. I really appreciate receiving a report showing their service being on Carfax! They offer a type of online customer portal which is amazing for a small business. All their stellar ratings are well earned.
Be prepared to leave your car overnight and have someone available to pick you up and drop you back off the next day even with an appointment. They said fixing 2 parts would only take 1 day if the car was dropped off at 7am. A call at 11am to tell you some other things need to be fixed as well and that it would be done by the end of the day around 4:00pm. That will turn into leaving it over night because they "didn't have enough time to get to it and only took it apart to diagnose earlier in the day." We still have no idea why no one said anything between 11am and 4pm about it being delayed or what delayed it. But, the car was already taken apart and wouldn't take "longer than 30 minutes to put back together." Not to mention they don't tell you the price plus tax so expect it to be more than quoted. The only redeeming quality is that the service we paid for was done and the AC now blows cold air and the engine is running correctly. This is the second time we have brought a car into this shop and this is the second time the service lasted longer than the day they said it would get finished in. I'd understand it taking that long without an appointment but with an appointment we expected it to be done within that day, or at least a notification earlier than after the car being taken apart it won't be done within the origional time frame so we could have taken the car to another shop that actually values the time of their customers.Services: Air conditioning, Engine repair

Honest friendly service
Chris the Owner was a pleasure to do business with from scheduling the appointment and performing the necessary repairs to timely completion and fair prices. While our first time bringing in a car definitely will do business with them in future as needed! Highly recommend!
