Great, honest ,friendly service. Fast and efficient. Both the owner Chuck and employees go above and beyond in customer services.

Went here because my vehicle would pull to the right. And I would have to turn towards the left. Then it would pull to the left and I would have to turn to the right again and again. I paid almost $1,800 to have the problem resolved. And my car does the exact same thing still.

After his shop replacing my rear brakes he then claimed I needed bearings at, $117.Took my car to my son's friend and they needed to be replaced again after less than eight months.He refuses to reimburse me and claims to be a Christian. Not a Christian, as I Practice the Principles in All My Affairs.

I believe i was overcharged because I'm female. I checked around afterwards, what they charged me was considerably more. It took about 15 mins to fix my car but i was there approximately 2hrs. 200.00 to put on 20.00 hose repair kit and now only half my car has heat!

Great service and quick turn around! Great work. Chuck is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have. I found my new mechanic!

These guys are great. The staff is friendly and professional. They do great work and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my experience and will take my vehicle here any time I need work done in the future. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again guys

I was referred here by Affordable Muffler in Cleveland. They wanted to send me to an "honest" mechanic to find out why my 2001 Hyundai Accent was running hot, before they repaired my exhaust. They charged me over $345 to replace my Intake Gaskets. I found out later that this job should have cost $80 to $100 maximum! I came in on a Friday, and Chuck himself told me they could look at my car on Monday. I explained that I drove from Painesville, which is almost an hour away, and that I had to work on Monday. I asked about Saturday, but he said they were booked. I told him I didn't know what to do, as my car wasn't safe to drive. He then said if I could be there at 9 a.m., then they could squeeze me in. When I arrived Saturday morning, there were SEVERAL people who kept coming in off the street without an appointment. They served them with no problem. So much for "being booked". I knew this was a bad sign, but I needed my car fixed. Four days later, the A Frame broke on my car while driving, and the wheel broke off. Why didn't they notice that it was rusted through when they were working on it? I'm lucky I didn't kill myself or anyone else; because I was pulling into a parking lot, and not on the freeway. I don't understand why mechanics can't just be honest. I think that having loyal customers would be more lucrative than endlessly lying to people, and losing their business. I could have gone down the street to get ripped off, and saved myself some gas money :(

Chuck and the crew are fantastic. They give you a fair deal and tell you exactly what's going on and they won't charge you for something that you don't need. There are honest mechanics and Chuck is one of them.

Chuck seems like a really good guy.Job seems to be pretty well done but I did have to come back in twice, however he didn't charge me for the second and third visit which is actually quite rare from what I've seen.Cost a lot but was expected and likely a decent price for what was done.Overall I'd defiantly recommend it to anyone needing car service.

Chuck and his team have been providing excellent auto service for all of my vehicles, from rust buckets to my more pristine vehicles for the past few years. There is a key drop to make it leaving your car a breeze. His turn around times have always been fantastic, most within the same day I drop off the vehicle. The auto services are always what is necessary and of the highest quality.Bottom line, Chuck's Auto Center is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people that will perform your auto service in a timely manner with expert quality.
