Me and my daughter were in town for the weekend and the alternator in my Jeep decided to crap out. Chuck had us back on the road in about 2 hours. Super nice guy doing work at a fair price.

He saved my truck. To be honest it's on it's last leg but It means the world to me. My Truck was violently shaking at any speed worth getting you somewhere and he fixed it. I don't know much of anything worth on cars be he explained things and I understood in the first go. When my truck broke down in the middle of a intersection he was highly recommended by the towing company and he saved my truck then. Nearly any job I've needed he's been the one to delivered quality and efficent service a value to the neighborhood and a testament to passion of being a mechanic.

Chuck and his techs go above and beyond. I would not think twice about recommending them. He has always been upfront and honest about what needs to be done to my vehicle now, and what can wait to save on cost. Prices are fair but the service is priceless.

I gotta say I loved my experience with chucks auto. Chuck answered the phone and was super friendly from the start. The price was better then fair and the work was done in a timely manner, meaning later that day i dropped it off! Its a relief to finally find an automotive repair shop i can feel good about taking my car to. I'm going back to chucks auto for all my car care needs from this point on.

I hadn't even had my car for a week and had issues with the brakes. After repeated trips to the dealership, and repeated assurances, the problem was never fixed. I took my car to Chuck's because I had heard great things about the shop. In just a few hours at his shop, the car was running beautifully.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop to take their vehicles to Chuck's.

We have been using Chuck's Auto Center for over a year and have been very pleased with their services. It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days, but we have and we don't plan on using anyone else. Chuck has done brake work for us and recently did a large repair on the rear suspension of one of our vehicles. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the pricing was fair. I have referred other friends from work and church to Chuck's Auto and know that they have been satisfied with work done as well. If you live in the Westpark neighborhood of Cleveland, don't hesitate to contact Chuck's Auto Center when you need service on your vehicles.
