Dawn at the front desk was really helpful while dealing with phones and deliveries. My SUV is back on the road and sounds good. I broke the control arm and chose Chuck's because it was within walking distance of my home and no regrets here. Fast Courteous and Complete. I would have given them five stars but I didnt like paying 460.
Have lived in the neighborhood of Chucks Auto since 95, primarily work on my own vehicles if not under manufactures warranty, we needed a professional to do rear brakes on my wife’s Honda CRV around may of 22I called up talked to Dawn she discussed my situation with the owner called me back with a quote I agreed we set the appointment. Work was completed within a few hours of dropping it off! And was cheaper than the original quote. ! Awesome ! Affordable very efficient, courteous and professional chatted with the owner on my way out about my upcoming vacation and he shared info on fishing charters where I was going , And by the way that, worked out perfect for my group.very nice guy! I will be returning when I need anything done to my vehicles and I 💯 recommend this neighborhood establishment thanks again guys!Lance Todd
Chuck’s Auto Center is trustworthy, honest and reliable. I went to Chuck’s after being told I needed new struts and shocks from another shop- even though my car was driving perfectly fine. As suspected, Chuck‘s did not find anything wrong with my car. As a woman, it is unfortunate that we are often taken advantage of at mechanics, and inexperienced car owners are looked at as a sales quota. I cannot thank the staff at Chuck’s Auto Center enough. I will only bring my car there for now on.

Let me just sum it up; efficient, fast & friendly. My vehicle was stolen over the New Years & I went to several other mechanic shops before choosing Chuck's Auto, each time leaving with an impression of little assurance. This is the second time I've been to this auto shop and I'm only coming to this one! Dawn, the receptionist is excellent! Always have a smile on her face and very friendly, even at 8 am! Chuck and his team are the best! You can tell they really love what they do and make sure your car is in good hands. " The saying goes- when you want the job done right you do it yourself!"Orr you can take your baby to a well experienced mechanic!! Easier said than done??? Noooo !! Trust me 🙏 Go to chuck's Auto Center. Not only did I show up without prior notice and Triple AAA leaving my car in his lot. He diagnosed my transmission line leak and fixed it at a reasonable price the same day!!! I cannot stress enough how hard it is to find good people/companies like this. I really appreciate everything you did for me Chuck and I will be back for preventative maintenance! 🙏.

I had a leak in my gas tank which I had to have it replaced with a new one.The work they did was awesome replaced it in one day & everything is working great. I've had nothing but great experiences with Chuck's Auto. I had work done recently and it was fixed the same day I brought it in. They get the work done quickly, efficiently, and affordably. They communicate well before and after the work. And then they reach out afterwards to check in on the work. They don't try to overcharge or sell you something you don't need or can't afford. Most importantly, they're honest and reliable. That's huge to me. I need someone I can trust with my money and my car.
