Good place. Chuck seems like a good down-to-earth guy and it's been a reliable place for me to go the handful of times I've needed work or just an oil change and general inspection over the past few years. I've had nothing but great experiences with Chuck's Auto. I had work done recently and it was fixed the same day I brought it in. They get the work done quickly, efficiently, and affordably. They communicate well before and after the work. And then they reach out afterwards to check in on the work. They don't try to overcharge or sell you something you don't need or can't afford. Most importantly, they're honest and reliable. That's huge to me. I need someone I can trust with my money and my car. But then informed me that it was not the compressor but wiring in my car and he repaired that as well with fair price and did a great job! Took (towed) my kid car 2004 Acura for diagnostic. Chuck told me I need a new engine and I didn’t believe him so I took the car to the dealer and after $300 full diagnostic and a few days later the dealer told me it was the timing chain and to fix the timing chain it wouldn’t be worth the hassle because the head might be bad also (bent valves). So I went back to Chuck to replace the engine. This guy is solid and honest, I should of listen to him the first time.

Highly recommend. Have had them fix issues with my car a couple times over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. Good price. Every time I take it in and I’m quoted a price it’s always at the low end of what I’m expecting. Can’t beat that.
Went here because my vehicle would pull to the right. And I would have to turn towards the left. Then it would pull to the left and I would have to turn to the right again and again. I paid almost $1,800 to have the problem resolved. And my car does the exact same thing still.
These guys are great. The staff is friendly and professional. They do great work and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my experience and will take my vehicle here any time I need work done in the future. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again guys
Fast repair & caring service.
Chuck seems like a really good guy.Job seems to be pretty well done but I did have to come back in twice, however he didn't charge me for the second and third visit which is actually quite rare from what I've seen.Cost a lot but was expected and likely a decent price for what was done.Overall I'd defiantly recommend it to anyone needing car service.
Chuck and his team have been providing excellent auto service for all of my vehicles, from rust buckets to my more pristine vehicles for the past few years. There is a key drop to make it leaving your car a breeze. His turn around times have always been fantastic, most within the same day I drop off the vehicle. The auto services are always what is necessary and of the highest quality.Bottom line, Chuck's Auto Center is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people that will perform your auto service in a timely manner with expert quality.

Chuck is the most friendly boss I met in the US! As a foreign traveler, I was so helpless when my car kept squeaking along the way to Niagara Falls via Cleveland. I stopped at Chuck shop and said I was urgent then he arranged a safety check for me instantly, for free! The assuring check and kind talks from Check made me warm

Chuck and his techs go above and beyond. I would not think twice about recommending them. He has always been upfront and honest about what needs to be done to my vehicle now, and what can wait to save on cost. Prices are fair but the service is priceless.

We have been using Chuck's Auto Center for over a year and have been very pleased with their services. It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days, but we have and we don't plan on using anyone else. Chuck has done brake work for us and recently did a large repair on the rear suspension of one of our vehicles. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the pricing was fair. I have referred other friends from work and church to Chuck's Auto and know that they have been satisfied with work done as well. If you live in the Westpark neighborhood of Cleveland, don't hesitate to contact Chuck's Auto Center when you need service on your vehicles.
