I came across Chuck's Auto Center from word of mouth from a client/customer who once took a vehicle and they aided him with great quality, experience, and pride in their ability that when I had the chance to finally take advantage of the advice... I know and I say with such confidence and pride that Chuck's Auto Center will always be a place where I can take my 1989 Cadillac Brougham D'elegance and know they will take care of her and not try to bankrupt me for having a car that requires repairs I cannot do on my own to save my self from franchise-auto shops who would.
Will never go bad to them. Couldn’t get a broken bolt out of the engine head that holds the exhaust manifold on so instead of trying to get the 3/8” of the broken bolt out he used a smaller shorter bolt and screwed it back together and still charged me an arm and a leg. Lied to me and scammed me. Horrible company.
Great place! Helped me decide on a car for myself and made sure everything was tip top in a short time before I hit the road out west. Chuck’s the man whadda great business I know where to go when I’m back in town for sure 👍👍👍
I had my 1995 Chevy Tahoe towed there from the east side. Nobody on my side of town knew what they were talking about. My first initial call I knew I was in great care from the tone of his voice, took my info down and got me in there ASAP. He replaced my U bolts on my rear axle (axel shifted) and replaced the lifts on my truck. Very reasonable price. I will FOR SURE have Chuck and his guys work on my Tahoe FROM HERE ON OUT and can’t wait for them to have my Truck close to perfect again. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Appreciate you guys🤝, you should’ve seen my face once I was back rolling again because one shop said it wasn’t worth fixing. The body language and vibe I got from Chuck was very honest and I can tell they are not out to cheat or beat anyone.
I've refused for 35 years to let anyone fix my vehicles. Now I can rest, chucks has my full confidence.
