this place was highly recommended to me for my vehicle repairs. After paying almost $1000 for an oil leak repair 3 weeks later it started leaking again and they refused to fix it. Instead they put the blame on the dealership I had it at prior to the repair. I am out $1000 now and still have an oil leak. Will be contacting the better business bureau and I wont be recommending this place to anyone.

I took my vehicle here after it was recommended by several people. I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 8 am. I asked them to look into a squeaking noise that I had been hearing for several months and also a rear tire that was wearing unevenly. Around 1pm I was informed that they thought I needed an alignment, which would take a couple hours to do and my vehicle was next in line to be put on the machine. They said it should be done around 3 and they would call me. Around 4 I still hadn't received a call. I obviously needed a ride to the garage because my vehicle was being repaired and I could not get one any later than this time. I arrived at the garage and stood in the lobby waiting for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged because the guys were talking shop. When they were done with their shop talk they told me my vehicle hadn't even been put on the alignment machine yet. I said I would wait because I didn't have a ride. I sat in the lobby until 5:30. They finally came out and said that they couldn't do the alignment and listed several other things that were wrong with the vehicle. They did not have the parts to fix it. They charged me $50 for the "work" and said they would send me a quote for the repairs that needed done. That was 18 days ago and I still haven't received a quote from them. Needless to say I'm not going back.

Many of my family members go here because not only is the service great, everyone is super honest! If something doesn’t need to be done right away, they tell you you can wait. Love this place and recommend it to everyone looking for a good mechanic.

1995 caprice I'm rolling better than I ever have. Fast friendly and far more knowledgeable than any mechanic I ever met. Good work ain't cheap but cheap work ain't good. Thank you for getting me through winter 2018. I wish you guys the best💪🏼😁🛠

Gearheads does the job right. They're honest and fair. We've taken our cars there for years, and we will go nowhere else.

I've been coming to Gearheads for at least two years now to repair my Ford Taurus 2005 from major repairs to just oil changes. Everyone on the staff has been professional and provided valuable expertise to help with keep up with my high mileage Ford Taurus.

These reviews are spot on. These guys know what they're doing and go the extra mile to treat your vehicle as if it was their own. Their prices are very fair (RepairPal certified) and they are good, honest people--a total gem of a place!

I have been here several times for modifications on my late-model Dodge Challenger, and everyone at Gearheads (especially Nick) is awesome! They always do a good job, and go the extra mile to get stuff done right. True gear-heads here!

I have taken my Honda to Tony at Gearheads for a while now. Tony seems to know about the problem before I can even finish explaining it; that's the kind of first-class expertise you can expect from these guys. The people at Gearheads are honest, smart, professional, and experienced. I never worry about taking my car here because the guys do great work at a great price. They will also go the extra mile to explain the problem to you. Highly recommended. If you live near Cuyahoga Falls and your car needs work, this place should be your first stop.
