From entering the building and meeting the front desk to repair on your car, the service from everyone is friendly, honest and what you want in a auto service center. They are very trustworthy and know their trade.

We were traveling to Milwaukee on Christmas Eve when our car broke down. After being towed to a hotel we called as many auto care centers we could to see if anyone could fix the car on the holiday. DuPage was open and willing to take the car in. It was a busted water pump. Not only were they able to get the part in and installed in a timely manner, they picked us amd our luggage up at our hotel so we didnt have to get an Uber. The car was fixed in 4 hours and we made it to Milwaukee for the holidays. The staff is very kind and family oriented. The work they do is awesome, the car is running like a champ. Thank you DuPage for saving our Christmas!
