They stood behind the warranty of a control arm installed previously and did not charge for the labor!! If you're loyal to them, they are loyal to you.
These guys diagnosed the problem with a 24+ year old Avalon's A/C while we went off grocery shopping and fixed it before we returned. As always, they also provided information about what next steps might need to be taken if additional problems with the A/C are detected.Couldn't be happier with the service - both at the front desk and by the guys in the shop.
Got my tires replaced. Was there about a hour and half. No complaints but it's early. Car rides great. So I'm satisfied.
They were willing to assess my tire free of charge and let me know what exactly happened to my wheel. I spoke with Bob on the phone and he was a very nice guy along with the rest of the staff.
Been taking my personal and work/fleet vehicles here for a number of years. Always a pleasant experience. Family friendly environment with mechanics I trust to not give me a run around. They’ll take care of you and not take advantage of you.
We were traveling to Milwaukee on Christmas Eve when our car broke down. After being towed to a hotel we called as many auto care centers we could to see if anyone could fix the car on the holiday. DuPage was open and willing to take the car in. It was a busted water pump. Not only were they able to get the part in and installed in a timely manner, they picked us amd our luggage up at our hotel so we didnt have to get an Uber. The car was fixed in 4 hours and we made it to Milwaukee for the holidays. The staff is very kind and family oriented. The work they do is awesome, the car is running like a champ. Thank you DuPage for saving our Christmas!
Dupage tire and auto have been a tremendous help, helping me help my mom. I know that’s a mouthful but it’s true! Bob is kind and caring, knows his cars, and is willing to go the extra mile! I no longer live in the area but I trust Dupage tire and auto to fix my mother’s car! She is fiercely independent, doesn’t want help, yet trusts Bob to do whatever is necessary... not pad the bill with things she can’t afford! Thank you to all the staff that make her and her car safe.
Have brought every car I have owned here. They are super trust worthy and are very reasonably priced. They do great work and it's a great feeling knowing my car is in good hands when it is here.
Wonderful wonderful wonders customer service. Honest family owned business, the owner and his son where extremely accommodating when I came in with a flat and they were overbooked they still managed to fit me in and take care of my car.I live in North Aurora and this is the only place I trust to take care of my first car.-Thank you guys 😊
Sept. 5, `19 -DuPage Auto went beyond good repair and great customer satisfaction for my old car.People who have old cars, they can depend on this Auto Center.The IL. EPA is always a threat to our driving RIGHTS. ( don't confuse this with driving privileges )My Car as well as others need to pass the EPA Test to get my Sticker on my license Plate. Police are quick to collect revenue for the criminal state of IL.DuPage Tire & Auto knows the terrible importance of this LIFE REALITY for or cars in the State of Illinois. * THEY ARE GREAT.--- Cost effective to do the Diagnostics--- Informed of what the Car needs to PassI recommend DuPage Tire & Auto.They even went to test my car for me at the EPA Testing facility.Even other good Auto shops not likely would have done that for their customers that i know of.I commend the mechanics and the owner of a job well done.THANKS.
