Great service and super friendly staff. I will admit I know nothing about cars and got a new one recently. One of the techs took the time to explain how my new dash notifications worked and how to tell when I needed just an oil change, a tire rotation, or both. I never have a hard time getting an appt even with my work schedule.
Worked with Kyle for a mutual customer. Great experience for us as the service contract administrator and for the customer. She was able to get her vehicle repaired quickly at reasonable prices. We would be more than happy to send more business in the future.
No one likes to take time from their busy lives to sit for tires or auto repair, but DuPage makes it comfortable and easy. The waiting room is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And if you don't feel like sitting anymore, you can take their dog Thor for a walk. Good prices made the experience as painless as it can be.
DuPage Tire & Auto Center is one of the best repair shops I have ever visited. I had a problem with passing the emission test and they fixed it in less than two hours. They are kind professional and really go out of their way to explain step by step of the repair process. Wonderful shop I will definitely return for all of my vehicle fix it needs.
Today was my family’s second visit to DuPage Tire and Auto Center. On both visits my spouse and I were pleased with the straightforward information we received and quick service. Our first visit was an unplanned emergency and we were happy that it was resolved in a speedy and kind manner. This second visit was scheduled and Bob got my car in the next day. The issue was clearly and plainly described to me so I understood all my options. Additionally a sensor that is currently working, but close to the end of its lifespan, was explained to me without the expectation that it must be replaced today. I appreciate the honesty and fair dealing. I will definitely be taking my family’s cars here again in the future and recommend DuPage Tire and Auto Center to others.
