I have been going to this shop for 10 years. Trust is the most important thing when it comes to car repair. I may not always like what has to be fixed with my car, but I am confident it is what needs to be done and only what needs to be done.
Great service! I got my truck towed from Lomard all the way to Joliet for a good price and the gentleman who drove the tow truck was super nice and a pleasure to work with! I live in joliet but if you guys were closer this would be the first place id call for another tow!
I was very satisfied with the service. Bob was very helpful and very professional. I went to get my car fixed for an emissions test and my car passed. I will definitely come back if I have any more car troubles.
On two separate occasions, my wife and I got flat tires and both Bobs and Debbie were kind and wonderful to work with. They immediately helped us when other shops wouldn't even answer phone calls. We highly recommend them!!!
These guys squeezed me in between appointments after NTB next door didnt honor the appointment I set. Dupage gave me a realistic time to mount and balance tires and even charged me LESS than NTB. If you're comparing reviews and prices of the 3 tire places on this block, save yourself any headaches and just go to Dupage.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! STAY AWAY!Took my Lexus in for new tires.They broke a Pressure Sensor. Which turned my 1 hour appointment into a 3 hour stay.They covered the replacement and the service but still denied that they broke the sensor. They alsoI had to come back in and the simple fix took over an hour.They get 2 stars because they did replace my part, but would not give any discount for my inconvenience and poor service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
If you're looking for a tire shop that is honest, does amazing work, and has great customer service look no further. I recently moved to the Lombard area and was looking for a reliable tire shop when I came across DuPage Tire and Auto. Kyle set up my appointment on short notice and helped me throughout the entire process. Their shop is clean and their waiting area is even cleaner! I have been using Dupage Tire for 6 years for my car maintenance and repair. This family owned automotive repair and tire shop is true to its nature, taking care of their customers and treating each one as family and friends. If you are in need of a simple and quick oil change, or a fresh set of tires for any occasion, or in depth automotive repairs, this is the shop to stop at! I 100% recommend Dupage Tire & Auto Center.
My Hyundai Sonata broke down and I had it towed to Dupage Tire and Auto after hours. Luckily, Bob was working late and I was able to explain the situation. They went the extra mile to diagnose an issue with my engine which turned out to be a service recall. Bob has my car towed to the dealership and explained the situation to the tech. Now rather than being out $7k for a new engine, it looks like it will be replaced for no charge under the service recall that was dug up by the good folks at Dupage Tire & Auto. They’re great folks who take pride in what they do which is a rare find these days.
I had recently moved to the area and was looking for an honest, high quality shop to bring my car to. Being someone who worked at a family owned, customer based, auto shop previously for multiple years I knew what to look for. I did some online research before finding Dupage Tire & Auto Center. I ended up working directly with Kyle, who was able to get me an accurate and thorough quote. Kyle also was out to tow my car within 15 minutes. After my car was repaired, I was shown all my parts that had been replaced by the technicians along with explanations why. Overall great experience from start to finish!
I've come here for 3 sets of tires (1 new set and 2 sets of snow tires) in the last 6 months and each time these guys couldn't be more professional. Prices are great, the staff (especially Bob) is extremely courteous. They give a very accurate assessment on how long the work will take and then meet the goal they set. On one trip I accidentally ordered extra tire sensors without checking that my wheels already had them. These guys could have very easily ripped me off but they pointed out my error right away so I could return the sensors and save money. Just a very well-run operation by honest people.
