Excellent service. My car broke down at work in the parking garage and they came and towed it within the hour. I had called other companies, but they said it would take over two hours to pick up my car, or that they couldn't fit into the parking garage. Bob from DuPage Tire and Auto made it work, fixed the problem with my car's battery, and made sure I got back to work on time. I'm a student and I drive an old car that needs a lot of service. I've never had such a good experience with repair shop as I did with DuPage Tire and Auto.

I just needed to replace my rotors and brake pads, nothing major. I was pleased that they were able to fit me in that morning and have my car back in the afternoon. Everyone I spoke to there was friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare to see a business where everyone makes the extra effort to make sure you feel well taken care of. They've earned my repeat business.

Although I have been using this shop for just over a year now, I have had many occasions of calling them for repairs, service and maintenance to keep my seasoned car running, which I rely on for my over busy schedule, they have always been there for me.Their service really stood out on a recent snowy night on my way home from work. My wipers decided to completely fail when I needed them them most. I called Dupage Tire right away and told me to bring it in and they will do their best to get me moving ASAP as I had to pick up my daughter later that day. Arriving late in the day, Dupage Tire went straight to diagnosing the problem, getting a part, and staying late to get me safely home that night. You don't know how good your auto repair shop really is until you need them the most.Thanks guys for the awesome service!

I needed an alignment and when I got it back it wasn't to my satisfaction. The mechanic set it to my liking, no questions asked. I was treated correctly and their pricing was competitive. Plus they have a computer with internet in their waiting area if you choose to wait for you vehicle. Owner took the time to explain in detail the diagrams the alignment machine generated. They're solid.
