Was here 6 months ago to mount new tires, after discount tire broke 4 of the 5 studs on my old car right b4 leaving for a road trip...which wasn't fixed in time since they don't offer the service. After Dupage Tire mounted the tires I went home to check the torque specs and one of the studs broke off in my hand. Called the shop and told me to come back 1st thing in the morning. Of course I needed the car for another road trip. They were able to replace the stud and got the oem Toyota lug nut. The guys remounted all four wheels to make sure the other studs were good. I was back on the road in one day where as every shop discount tire sent me was booked for a week.
So glad to find this tire shop. The owner Bob and his son Kyle stayed late to help me when I called with a nail in my tire just before closing. I could tell I found the right place from the kindness over the phone. I also got the sense that he knows what he's doing! They did the job and made it easy.
This repair facility is a diamond in the rough!! I was in Chicago on Business when I blew a brake line in my car, the Owner personally spoke to me on the phone, gave me quotes for each step, (HALF of everywhere else I called in the area), texted me pictures of the actual line failure, and towed my car there all in the same day, because they knew I needed it. Great service, great explanation of work, GREAT SERVICE... BEST MECHANIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THANKS!
I've been here a couple times. Once I had a nail in my tire which they were able to patch quickly and affordably. I've also bought and replaced my 4 tires there: they ordered them, and were quick and efficient. Finally I get my oil changed there. They are always polite, good customer service, free WiFi, and affordable. I never feel like they are trying to hustle me/steal my money. They have earned my trust. I would highly recommend them.

The employees here are very considerate, honest, and dedicated to their work and you can clearly see it is a passion for them. I have come to them in the past for problems, and am I more than willing to go to them again if any other problem arises. I will always be grateful towards Bob, and the others that work there. I called DuPage Tire And Auto and Bob (the owner) came before the tow truck and let me know it was on the way. The truck got there and they towed it from Jiffy Lube to their shop. When I got there, Bob was personally handling the repairs to my car. They got the parts, installed them and even fixed my tire in great time. All of the staff was very helpful and polite, they also explained everything and gave me updates when they got them. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again.

Beyond that, they are genuine and good people. Now that I am taking a new job in the northern suburbs, I will certainly miss taking my car to such an outstanding repair shop. It has been a very positive experience.

I thought my shaky steering wheel will need 4wheel alignment to fix, they checked it and told me it was the imbalance of wheels, but not 4 wheel alignment, which will cost more, and eventually it was only 3 of the 4 wheels that needed a fix.
I locked my keys in my car and the servicemen was out and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. I was very impressed by the customer service and the speed at which my problem was resolved. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

Had a flat tire at work and called these guys. I knew I contacted the right place by the noticeable courtesy from the guy that answered the phone. They showed up in 30 minutes (10 miles in heavy rush our traffic) and Bob promptly changed my tire. Not only was he very courteous, he showed me the cause (a nail) and he told me to make sure that whoever fixes the tire puts a patch on the tire and not plugs (apparently, a plug is a temporary fix). He also showed me other things in case a situation ever came up (I have a new, used car). So not only did I get great service, I got great information to boot. I highly recommend Dupage Tire & Auto...with their friendly service attitude, you can tell they want to earn and keep new customers.

Bob from DuPage Tire and Auto made it work, fixed the problem with my car's battery, and made sure I got back to work on time. I'm a student and I drive an old car that needs a lot of service. I've never had such a good experience with repair shop as I did with DuPage Tire and Auto.
