I highly recommend this family business. DuPage Tire & Auto Center took care of my tires, offering different pricing options. They also diagnosed a problem I had with my brakes (which I could fix myself). As an amateur mechanic, I know that the quote I was given on my tire and brake job was fair. In addition, there was no upselling or complaining when I decided not to do the brake job. On top of that, the owner drove me to where I had to go (in the area) and even offered to drive me back once the car's ready. Outstanding customer service!
My 88 year old mother had a tire blow out and called me stuck at the mall. I called Dupage Tire and Auto and talked to Bob who ordered the tire she needed and got it later that same day to fix it right away before the end of the day. The pricing was right in line with the other shops in the area but I really liked Bob’s customer service. When I found out they were a family owned shop it made me want to give them our business even more. They were friendly and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will be going to them for all my car needs and will tell everyone I know to check them out also. Thank you Bob and crew.
Dupage Auto does excellent work! They make sure that your car repairs are done with genuine parts not after market parts. In addition, if there are any mechanical issues with the car as a result of the accident they will refer that the car manufacturer engineers come in do the work.
After visiting several “auto parts” stores and even a different repair facility I returned to DuPage Tire who ordered and installed the correct replacement part. The charge for the repair was very reasonable and confirmed the thought that “this should have been my original choice for service”.
DuPage Tire and Auto is more than only tires! I have all of my car maintenance done there, most recently an oil change and tire rotation. They know their customers and their vehicles. They stand behind their work. They are a local, family-owned business that cares and works hard to earn and keep the trust of their customers. Thanks!!
We bought an Interstate brand battery from a chain that is no longer in business, and it went bad.We went to DuPage because they carried that brand. Even though this was our first visit, they treated us as if we were valued, long-term customers.They greeted us as we walked in and immediately went to work. They tested the battery thoroughly, showed us it was bad, replaced it quickly and honored the remaining Interstate warranty. They even sent a text message a few days later to make sure everything was OK.The overall experience was beyond our expectations. We felt like we were dealing with a professional, honest team that genuinely cared about our problem. We will definitely use this business again.
Been going to DuPage Tire and Auto for several years now. Staff is friendly, very thorough and they explain the work that needs to done with estimates before they start the work. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to get my cars in when service is needed. They are fast, efficient, excellent communication, fair pricing, and they do a great job. Highly recommend for all your car needs. From basic oil changes, or new tires, to more complex issues. They’ve never let me down!

Excellent professionalism and great service
Replaced the driver's side half-shaft and CV boots on my 4Matic Benz and then realigned the front suspension so it drives perfectly straight. Cost me about 50% what the Benz dealer wanted and used top-quality parts installed by a credentialed technician with 20 years experience. If I can't do the repair myself, I take it to DuPage Tire & Auto. They are the only people I trust. They have never let me down. Highly recommended.

These guys went above and beyond to help me sort out a pesky issue I was having with my door handle. They even stayed past there closing time to make sure I had my car for the next day. Great group of people working here who really care about their customers.
I am new to the area and was worried about finding a good mechanic to fix my 2008. Where I was living I had the best mechanics that I could always rely on and trust for many years. First time customer,took my older car after it was stalling and sputtering to Dupage Tire & Auto and it was a great experience.After dropping off the car an hour later Kyle called me told me what the problem was and in detail what need to be fixed.Kyle gave me a quote for the job.Prices good.My car is running like it is new, highly recommend.Bob even did a follow up text to see if everything is good.
