Just had my spark plugs changed and as always Dupage did me right. I have been going to them for years. They have always been honest with me and never try to charge me for anything that i don't need. It is not every place where you can trust that what they tell you is the truth. It was a good experience! My dealer recommended tires and brakes but the friendly tech said I still had life on the breaks so advised me to wait a while. I replaced 2 tires there with minimal waiting time. I had an appointment and assume that helped. I will go back again in the future and refer others.

DuPage Tire & Auto technicians are the best techs in the business.They don't use impact wrenches to tighten your oil filter or oil pan drain plug like those quickie-lube places do.They don't try to upsell you on work you don't need, or snake oil engine additives that don't work.They don't do a Ferris Bueller joy ride when you leave your car with them for the day.They're just awesome, smart, honest and dependable. And they do the job right the first time.Highly recommended.

Been going to DuPage Tire and Auto for several years now. Staff is friendly, very thorough and they explain the work that needs to done with estimates before they start the work. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to get my cars in when service is needed. They are fast, efficient, excellent communication, fair pricing, and they do a great job. Highly recommend for all your car needs. From basic oil changes, or new tires, to more complex issues. They’ve never let me down!
Came in last minute to get a headlight replaced while they were swamped and they still were able to install it quickly and efficiently! Definitely will come back
Bob and Kyle at DuPage Tire and Auto Center in Lombard are incredible. They are transparent and hold high integrity at the shop. We have used them for oil changes as well as more extensive work when getting a car up and running again. They are thorough with explaining what needs to be done and what could potentially wait and be done in the future. You never feel as if you are being taken advantage of. In fact when I had an issue with emission testing I was advised to see if the fix would be under warranty with the dealership before going forward with them. I can’t say enough good things, once you use them once it will be the place you want to continue to go to for your vehicle needs!
I live in Chicago now but still drive the 15 miles out for their services. They are an honest business and have my loyalty
Du page Tire has been doing my auto repair work for over 10 years. I can always trust them to do great work at a very competitive price. I recently purchased tires from them at a price that was better than anyone else including Costco .

I am extremely happy with DuPage Tire & Auto! Staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. I work in the area and Bob offered to drop me off and pick me up from work.....wow!!! My 88 year old mother had a tire blow out and called me stuck at the mall. I called Dupage Tire and Auto and talked to Bob who ordered the tire she needed and got it later that same day to fix it right away before the end of the day. The pricing was right in line with the other shops in the area but I really liked Bob’s customer service. When I found out they were a family owned shop it made me want to give them our business even more. They were friendly and fixed it quickly and correctly.
