Been going to DuPage Tire and Auto for several years now. Staff is friendly, very thorough and they explain the work that needs to done with estimates before they start the work. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to get my cars in when service is needed. They are fast, efficient, excellent communication, fair pricing, and they do a great job. I highly recommend this family business. DuPage Tire & Auto Center took care of my tires, offering different pricing options. They also diagnosed a problem I had with my brakes (which I could fix myself). As an amateur mechanic, I know that the quote I was given on my tire and brake job was fair. In addition, there was no upselling or complaining when I decided not to do the brake job. On top of that, the owner drove me to where I had to go (in the area) and even offered to drive me back once the car's ready. Outstanding customer service!

This would be my second time getting my vehicle serviced at this facility. I have had 4 tires installed, oil change and an electrical sensor installed on the tailgate.The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and prices were fair. Our car needed some additional work. I was surprised at how much needed to be done. Bob, the owner of the shop, explained in detail why each item should be addressed if we planned to keep our car over 100,000 miles.I have used this shop for over 30 years and I have always found them to be courteous, fair in pricing, and willing to take the extra time to explain why a repair needed to be done. If there was an option of when the repairs needed to be done that was also explained.I am not very mechanical and I do not know everything about my car, but I know the owner and every mechanic in his shop.
