I highly recommend them for any auto work!!I had gotten tires before and I was truly impressed with the whole experience. This time I had my a/C compressor replaced. It was diagnosed last year because of a loud noise I heard. They gave me an estimate but said to have it done when I was ready. There was no pressure to replace it then. Now 1 year later..the noise is getting louder. I figured I had gambled long enough on the fact that it may go out soon. I made an appointment within a week. So.. I had it replaced at DuPage Tire and Auto. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I dropped it off at 9:00 am and it was ready the same day at 4:45 pm. It was much more reasonable getting it replaced here than at a VW dealership. Bob and Kyle made sure they have followed up with me after and I have to say it is so quiet now. I feel like I am driving a new car again. This is a no pressure, honest business that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This local-family run business has restored my faith in humanity! I have neen a customer here for 24 years. Bob and his son Kyle give a lot of thought of what they should do for service of your vehicle. The guys at Du Page Tires are gems. I used to dread taking my car in for repairs. I always felt scammed or in over my head. But at Du Page Tires they take time to explain things to you. They give you options. They are kind and really seem to enjoy their work. They will treat you well.

Bob and the entire DuPage Tire & Auto Center staff are some of the most genuine and trustworthy people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I go to them for all my automobile related work. It's really difficult finding someone you can trust to work on your cars. If you're afraid your mechanic/auto shop will upsell, lie or defraud you, don't hesitate to bring your cars to Bob at Dupage Tire & Auto Center. I recommend them wholeheartedly and rest assured that they will only recommend work that your vehicle actually needs, and they'll provide quality parts and labor.
We've brought our cars to DuPage Tire and Auto for all our service for nearly 20 years. This is a family business, run with great professionalism. We rely on them all our routine maintenance: oil change, brakes, antifreeze, plugs, tires, air-conditioning, everything. When our car has a drivability problem, to state it very simply, they diagnose the issue correctly and fix it. I looked it up in our records--we took our 1996 Camry exclusively to DuPage Tire and Auto from the day we bought in in 2003 until it was totaled in an accident in 2017 with almost 170,000 miles. Our 2007 Sienna is still going strong with 140,000 miles. When I'm in the waiting room, I see first-hand how the folks here treat everyone who comes in with courtesy and respect. Never pushy. Just outstanding service from truly wonderful people.
This tire repair shop is by far the best place I’ve ever been too. 5/5 star rating! I had a problem with my tire & turns out it was my wheel bearing. Not only did Bob take care of my tire, he coordinated with towing it to his location & gave me a fair price on my repair (along with repairing & fixing the underlay of my bumper!) constant updates & fixed it all within one day! Post repair, also contacted me to see if everything was okay! Working in hospitality it’s rare to see people go above and beyond! Safe to say, i will be returning here for all my future auto problems!
This would be my second time getting my vehicle serviced at this facility. I have had 4 tires installed, oil change and an electrical sensor installed on the tailgate.The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and prices were fair. I was given a very high class explanation of the services being done on my vehicle and no surprises when it came to price. I definitely recommend this place and if I need services again, I will be giving them a call...
Our car needed some additional work. I was surprised at how much needed to be done. Bob, the owner of the shop, explained in detail why each item should be addressed if we planned to keep our car over 100,000 miles.I have used this shop for over 30 years and I have always found them to be courteous, fair in pricing, and willing to take the extra time to explain why a repair needed to be done. If there was an option of when the repairs needed to be done that was also explained.I am not very mechanical and I do not know everything about my car, but I know the owner and every mechanic in his shop. I respect all of them.
I should have written this review a long time ago because THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! A friend recommended them to me last year and I’ve brought my car here at least a handful of times since. I’ve had everything from engine work to tires and they always do EXCELLENT work. They even follow up with you afterward to make sure everything is good with the repairs. They have saved me thousands of dollars by not having to go to the dealership. Honestly, they do a way better job than any dealership. I have recommended them to all of my friends. My friends that have used them have also said they do an excellent job. They are very honest, extremely reasonable and do great work (and never treat you like a dumb girl for not knowing about cars). I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Bob & Kyle for always taking care of my German gem!!

Took my winter suv to Dupage to check brakes, flush out fluid and remount all 4 tires. Their work is hands down amazing, they always do a top notch job and I never have to take any car back to them for whatever repairs they do.
