Bob and the entire DuPage Tire & Auto Center staff are some of the most genuine and trustworthy people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I go to them for all my automobile related work. It's really difficult finding someone you can trust to work on your cars. If you're afraid your mechanic/auto shop will upsell, lie or defraud you, don't hesitate to bring your cars to Bob at Dupage Tire & Auto Center. I recommend them wholeheartedly and rest assured that they will only recommend work that your vehicle actually needs, and they'll provide quality parts and labor.
No one likes to take time from their busy lives to sit for tires or auto repair, but DuPage makes it comfortable and easy. The waiting room is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We've brought our cars to DuPage Tire and Auto for all our service for nearly 20 years. This is a family business, run with great professionalism. We rely on them all our routine maintenance: oil change, brakes, antifreeze, plugs, tires, air-conditioning, everything. When our car has a drivability problem, to state it very simply, they diagnose the issue correctly and fix it. I looked it up in our records--we took our 1996 Camry exclusively to DuPage Tire and Auto from the day we bought in in 2003 until it was totaled in an accident in 2017 with almost 170,000 miles. Our 2007 Sienna is still going strong with 140,000 miles. When I'm in the waiting room, I see first-hand how the folks here treat everyone who comes in with courtesy and respect. Never pushy. This tire repair shop is by far the best place I’ve ever been too. 5/5 star rating! I had a problem with my tire & turns out it was my wheel bearing. Not only did Bob take care of my tire, he coordinated with towing it to his location & gave me a fair price on my repair (along with repairing & fixing the underlay of my bumper!) constant updates & fixed it all within one day! Post repair, also contacted me to see if everything was okay! Working in hospitality it’s rare to see people go above and beyond! I should have written this review a long time ago because THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! A friend recommended them to me last year and I’ve brought my car here at least a handful of times since. I’ve had everything from engine work to tires and they always do EXCELLENT work. They even follow up with you afterward to make sure everything is good with the repairs. They have saved me thousands of dollars by not having to go to the dealership. Honestly, they do a way better job than any dealership. I have recommended them to all of my friends. My friends that have used them have also said they do an excellent job. They are very honest, extremely reasonable and do great work (and never treat you like a dumb girl for not knowing about cars). I can’t recommend them enough. Was having braking issues on our Rav 4. Making a strange noise with braking. Dropped it off with Bob and after giving me an estimate and explanation did the service work well. We were satisfied to get it back the same day. Everything was ok.
Have brought every car I have owned here. They are super trust worthy and are very reasonably priced. They do great work and it's a great feeling knowing my car is in good hands when it is here.
Great service and super friendly staff. I will admit I know nothing about cars and got a new one recently. One of the techs took the time to explain how my new dash notifications worked and how to tell when I needed just an oil change, a tire rotation, or both. I never have a hard time getting an appt even with my work schedule.

From entering the building and meeting the front desk to repair on your car, the service from everyone is friendly, honest and what you want in a auto service center. They are very trustworthy and know their trade.
